Went in at 10:15 AM on 9/3 and ordered two drinks. A 20 oz white grasshopper and a 12 oz hazelnut latte. When the barista handed me the drinks they weren’t hot. I took a sip of the 12 oz hazelnut latte and it was semi warm (chuggable, not hot). My mother likes her drinks hot so I asked the barista if she could make it hotter. During a pandemic and now flu season. I watched this girl pour the drink that I just had my mouth on, into a pitcher and steam it on the machine again. The machine is now contaminated. If she did that once. She has done it many times before. I wasted $12 on germ filled coffee.

Brista was very rude to me as I was trying to describe a drink to her. I asked her to please stop being rude, and explained that I was recommended this beverage. The brista told me she didn’t have the time. Then I asked her what she recommended. She replied chaos. So I drove away.
Today on my way to an appointment, only place there. I was told that I couldn’t order there no longer. Said I was rude for driving away. I asked that Brista was not the other individual not being rude to me? Brista agreed. So am I not have the right to call your supervisor? She said I was right,
This was my experience at 540 E. Francis Ave.
All the other Blissful blends have been very nice and enjoyable to work with.

Every time I visit the manager rocks it. Yesterday a very busy morning. She was alone and I couldn’t tell. The line was moving pretty fast. I have never got a bad drink from her. She rocks the Francis location.
