went to this sonic because its closer to my dads house. lol bad mistake. had an online order. was the only person in line besides a guy waiting for food, my order was ready and had been sitting for 15 minutes. none of the 4 employees on the front said a word to me, i never complain, but straight up burnt onion rings. they thought it was okay to serve? someone put this in a bag and then someone ELSE bagged it and never thought twice. lol just go to the one in warrior. save your time and money.

Burgers were good- got a 2 for $7 deal. The manager and cashier were sweet and handled things well. The 1 star deduction is due to our order took forever because the drive through people kept taking the burgers intended to fill our order. Manager noticed me waiting- apologized – and blessed us with cheese sticks for the extra wait which was a long time. Problem was we were in a big hurry for a good reason.

I ordered a number two, ten, a grape slush, and a peanut butter milkshake. I received two identical cheese burgers without bacon. Note that the number ten isn’t a cheese burger and that the number two has bacon on it. Also the grape slush was the consistency of an icee.

Excellent and clean. I like the sit and order thing. You can take your time instead of rush through drive through. They are fast a different from the normal fast foods.

Wow! I had higher hopes for the new Sonic in Warrior after the let down with the Hayden location. It’s no better, maybe even worse. I ordered a cheeseburger no onion, she even called it back to me when she brought it. It was wrong. My tater tots and all my food was lukewarm. I didn’t even eat my whole burger before it was cold. I asked for Mustard and ketchup for a corn dog and she said she would be right back with it but never came back. Had to call again. Will NOT be back there. Good luck staying in business.

Employees not wearing masks or gloves while preparing food – during a pandemic? Only one employee was wearing a mask, but even they weren’t wearing gloves. You can also see the person who touches their face and grabbed our drinks at the lid (rather than around the sides, which is the most sanitary way to grab the cup) without gloves. Also several tables had not been cleaned inside.

My daughter wanted two corn dogs so I stopped here we ordered I paid with card in the screen it took them over 30 mins well they bring my food and asked if I paid I said yes got food started pulling off they come chasing me down saying I did not pay I pulled up my bank app showing them I did mind you it was only 4.35 cents I said I paid I’m not paying again so they went back in to recheck and said ok it shows now I hate being called a lair I showed them on my bank app where I paid it said sonic but still did not believe me

I don’t understand why it is so hard to make sure that a customer’s entire order is in the bag/box and is correct. It is only food for 2 to 3 people and half of it is missing or wrong more times than not. People make mistakes but the amount of mistakes made here is not acceptable. For example, tonight my husband gets home with our food. Not only are we missing some of it, what we did get was incorrect so he had to go back. It was correct on the ticket but not prepared correctly. Happens ALOT!
