The food was good. The foot long chili dog was good. The double cheeseburger with bacon was great. The popcorn chicken was crispy. The random people dealing drugs outside the Little Ceasars on the side of the building was a downgrade on Armoshere. 3 stars for services as they need more people to bring out the food as it was really slow. But the person bringing out the food was super nice.

I literally drove 30 minutes for Sonic because I forgot how good it is. It was my first time eating it without someone else ordering for me and the employees were very polite. The 30 minute drive was worth it to say the least and I didn’t get acid reflux from the food like I do with most other places. If y’all ain’t had them jalapeno poppers, y’all ain’t lived life yet. 10/10 will drive 30 minutes to eat here again.

Absolute worst experience, tried to have a nice family dinner out, I placed order in the app 64$ worth of food , the food was no where near fresh and worth 64$ gentleman acting as a manager was so unclean, unprofessional and had no customer service skills at all. To ruin a family dinner because you can’t work with the customer to fix an issue, EVEN when the customer says she will pay to have it fixed is ridiculous. To think we drove 45 mins to come to this trash hole, next time I want sonic I’ll drive 1hr or more to the next location or just take business somewhere else.

Ordered online through Uber eats. Ordered a medium onion ring only had 5 onion rings in my order. Pretty much 1$ per onion ring. The cheese for both of the pretzels was cold. Tried calling Sonic to ask if this was a whole order of onion rings with no luck. Other than that our chili/cheese dog, pretzels(minus cold cheese), slushies and sodas were good. Hoping to get an answer. Thank you.

Please don’t waste your money here. Corporate or the owner needs to fix this place. Firstly the outside of the restaurant is gross and old and not kept up. Secondly none of the employees know what they’re doing. They can’t retain any workers so its like the blind leading the blind because everyone has literally just started working there. They can’t even make a cherry limeade. The cup i got had hair on it. They gave me a RAW corndog. How do you mess up a frozen corndog and mixing soda and flavor syrup? The wait time alone is enough reason to go anywhere else. Dont waste your money here you will be really disappointed .

4/6/23 – I was overcharged for my meal, $30.97 for 2 burgers, 2 tots and 2 drinks. The burgers were not even the correct ones that I ordered. I never received any receipt with my purchase. I attempted to call the store when I returned home, but no one ever answered. I called the corporate number and was assured someone from the store would contact me, that never happened.

It’s fast food so you expect some grease. The burgers were so greasy that the buns were like grease pudding. The fries and the tater tots were great. The slushy and coke were good. The staff were very nice, but half the ordering stalls were broken. It all needs some repairs.

They have new cooks or something. Gave them 3 chances, and each time the buns and patties were charcoal, drinks were 3/4 filled, not worth the price. Spoke to a manager after sending an email through the website. Nothing came of it. Just a simple apology. Please get your act together.
