I get employee or product shortages but to order 7 drinks ahead of time, wait over ten mins 2nd in line and get two incorrect drinks is pretty unfortunate.

I love the food and everything but it’s not the first or the second, it’s the third time they’re sodas taste so awful not only that I went there a few minutes ago and this is what I get! My family and I were in town for 2 weeks and love Sonic! We’ve been here 3 times and each time is literally over 20 min wait time … in the drive thru! Sorry, as much as we love the food we just can’t wait that long for fast food. There’s a Beef o Brady‘s and Burger King in the same parking lot. So we’ve been going to those places for quick bites. Hope they figure it out before our next visit!

I am not sure what kind of ice cream substitute you use but a milk shake should be cold and creamy, not thick and gelatin feeling. Just gross. And your service here really sucks.

We always love getting the food and route 44 drinks but they went above and beyond for us. One time they left out an item on our order and they took care of us for the mistake, which is awesome!

This location seems to have gone down hill. The place runs like there’s absolutely no management present, maybe that’s the problem, I don’t know. Went here for breakfast a couple weeks ago, sat in the drive-thru for like 5 mins, absolutely no help, seen a couple employees walking around, Went somewhere else for breakfast. Visited another time, the person apparently didn’t get or hear my order, drove around and had to tell them my order again. Then they only gave me half my order, had to wait for them to make my food. I suggest going somewhere else to eat or a different location.

The drive-through line is so painfully slow. Sat in line for 40 minutes for two mozzarella sticks and didn’t even get the right sauce. This was the second fast food restaurant that we went to in one night that didn’t get our order right.

It was a terrible.We firs attempted to order throug drive-through and waited a couple minutes and no one spoke to us. So we proceeded to the stall and order 3 ice creams and the waited approximately 20 minutes for the food to be delivered. No one came out to deliver food. Proceeded to go inside the restaurant when the workers said that we were in the wrong stall even though we were waiting in the stall we order the food from. When I went inside the restaurant I saw the ice creams that we ordered sitting on the counter. The restaurant staff justify it by saying the person who runs the food out to the stalls went on break. After all that it took them another 10 minutes to remake the food that we ordered. You ordered a hot fudge sundae and they said they were out of hot fudge. The strawberry classic milkshake came out and was approximately a third whipped cream. The m&n ice cream was not mix thoroughly as shown on the menu.

Ordered a master strawberry cheesecake shake. 1st time tasted sour and disgusting, took it back and remade another.2nd time still tasted sour and horrible , took it back. 3rd time just got a strawberry shake but I was over the whole ordeal at this point. Cheesecake was definitely bad, spoiled or expired and thankfully I didn’t have enough of the shake to get food poisoning.

Window 4 does not work correctly (can’t use credit card). The very nice waitress apologized, not her fault it has been broken for months like #10 window. . Once again my shake was so plain, barely chocolate or peanutbutter in it. I give up going to Sonic. Wish we had DQ in Parrish.
