Avoid this Chipotle, especially for online ordering. Almost every time we pick up an order, items are missing or wrong. Once, a burrito was just folded in half like a giant taco and placed in the bag without any foil wrap.

The food was honestly gross. I used to love chipotle but the quality and taste has gone downhill. The portions were very very small and my burrito was completely falling apart. They told me my card didn’t go through when it did. I’ve felt sick ever since I ate the food as well. Definitely save your money.

We got food to go. It was very good and the staff was friendly. There were not many other people in the dining room at this time but nearly every table was dirty and quite a bit of food and trash on the floor. I’m obviously not privy to whether they had just had a rush of people and maybe hadn’t had time to get the dining area cleaned up yet. Overall the experience was good.

As others have already mentioned, the portions are measly compared to other locations. The only reason we ordered from this location is because of the “Chipotlane,” but we’ll go elsewhere moving forward. When you pay nearly $10 a bowl, 11ozs of food certainly doesn’t cut it (see photo).

I don’t usually review chain restaurants, but I feel compelled to do so when the place violates basic public health practices. Before I ordered my food, the young lady working at the counter was helping someone else. With sanitary gloves on her hands, she dished out a burrito bowl and then went to the cash register to ring up the order. The customer paid in cash, and the young counter lady took the money in her gloved hands and put it in the cash register. She didn’t bother changing her gloves before she took my burrito bowl order. When she got to the cheese, she scooped up a handful with the same hand that handled the money. When I told her that was unsanitary and she should have changed her gloves, she gave me a befuddled look and said, “We can’t change our gloves after every order.” Shocking. Almost all the tables in the place were dirty, and it was difficult to find a place to sit. The trash can was overflowing. The staff was obviously poorly trained. I used to be a big fan of Chipotle and even purchased the company’s stock during its public health crisis. My experience was disappointing. It’s surprising that after all the trouble Chipotle has had with people getting sick at its restaurant, the staff wouldn’t be trained better.

I was so excited to have one of our favorite go to restaurants open closer to our house in Shawnee. Really like the drive through also although it’s seems to be faster to just run in and grab your order. My complaint is that the portions have been very skimpy when we order online and our food is never ready when we drive through to pick it up. I know this may seem petty to some of you but compared to the other location on Shawnee Mission Pkwy we’re talking half the food for the same price. My advice is to order in person so that you can see the person prepare your meal.

Never had a problem with my pick up orders until a month or 2 ago. Now every time I’ve been in, the order has always been wrong. Which I don’t find out until I get home & open my bowl. Switching to a different location if any at all.

The staff were rude and made us feel unwelcomed when asking out loud what time it was like they were about to close for the night even though there was well over an hour before they closed. They acted like it was a burden to serve us and gave us the look of “are you seriously about to come in here and make me do my job?” I have been here multiple times and it has always been this kind of behavior from this crew.
