Over the past three months, I have visited this Sonic probably 4-5 times. The service is good most of the time, but my food has not been. Tater tot are always old and cold. And it’s hit or miss on whether the order is right.

My boyfriend and I stopped in and ordered 2 Super Sonic Bacon Cheeseburgers, an order of mozzarella sticks, a large onion order of onion rings and a Route 44 Sweet tea. They said the burgers didn’t come with onion, (my boyfriend didn’t want onions on his), there was no bacon on either BACON cheeseburger, the large order of onion rings consisted of 3 onion rings that were cold, the mozzarella sticks were cold, and it took almost 45 minutes to get our order. On the plus side our car hop Kailee was very polite. I’ve tried to reach out to the restaurant and have not been able to get through, but if this is the kind of food they’re serving for the price it’s not worth it.

Ice cream machine was broken, the outside of the restaurant was dirty and grimy looking. And the food was awful. My fries were old and greasy. My chicken tenders were anything but tender, and my Texas toast was cold and wasn’t even toasted. Idk what happened bc the food has always been decent at least, but this time the food was inedible. And I couldn’t even get a milkshake to make up for the horrible food.

What?!?! On my quarter lb cheese burger there is 1 slice of cheese… Broken in half.. half in the middle half on the bottom. Burger is nasty dry, fries are saltless, over cooked and what is all over them?!? Root beer is sugarless and flat. Service terrible. Attitudes horrible. The smell wafting out of the window is that of sour rotting grease… Will not be going back anytime soon…

They are supposed to be open till 12AM, and still serve food until then too. When I went, they had their kitchen closed and was only serving drinks. That is not how sonic is supposed to be.

I recently moved here from a larger city, two mornings ago I stopped and ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito, friendly staff, and hardly any wait at all, it was hands down the best sonic burrito I’ve ever had! I could tell it was made fresh and just rolled up! Thank you!

The service was terrible! The cashier at the window was very nice! My food on the other hand was terrible! I went back to speak to a manager and it was like she didn’t care! My food had the smallest amount of sauce ask for more sauce on they and they said they wasn’t going to put more on and told me to get bbq packages JUST TERRIBLE

Been going here off and on for the last two years. Don’t know what they did but recently I’ve noticed a noticable improvement in food as well as service. Staff is prompt and my order was quite tasty. Will be returning soon.
