We attempted to order a snack from the walk up kiosk while our car charged. We pressed the button to order. We waited for almost 15 mins for someone to respond. The workers never responded or acknowledged we were there even though they could see us from their windows. We finally gave up and told the next person waiting they can order IF someone decides to acknowledge him. Needless to say, we saw him eventually walked away without being able to place an order.

5pm, no customers, so not busy at all… yet staff refuses to work or take orders. Pressed red button, which said “we will be with you in a moment”… No one responds for 5 minutes. I walked up to window to see three kids sitting down playing on their phones. Then one comes out and says the order window we are at is broken try another one. We do. She states the fryer is down, so nothing fried. For 5 minutes she half tries to take our order laughing and playing around… going silent… then pretending not to hear us… eventually we walked away having wasted 10+ mins and buying nothing.

Took an hour to get our order. Everything was correct on the receipt but the food was either too burnt to eat or wrong, had a breakfast burrito and they made it completely wrong. They put chili and jalapeños with a taco shell that’s it. They was out of all drinks and half the menu, the fries tasted stale. And didn’t even get half the food we ordered. Called to talk to management to get a refund and was told they was going to call back and still have yet to call back

I ORDERED #4 and a few other items ask them to remove the tomatoes, bbq and the onion ring and the lady with the blue baids slung her hair and cursed at me all in front of the camera, once she brought the sandwich back there was no bacon and still had the onion ring then she remade it again but this time with tomatos after asking for a a re make a few time i finally askesd for a refund she refunded the wrong order and didn’t give me cash back. I know paid with card but the receipt say cash only so she stole my $10 refund and her and her staff were just so rude everything was done in front of the camera and she said she was the GM also after the 1st remake of the order she took the recipe so the only thing I have is the transaction time date and amount DATE WAS 5/28 TOTAL AMOUNT $32.90 I ordered 2 meals number 3 with cheese sticks and a #4, 1 chill cheese dog with 5 piece cinnamon bits between 12:30 to 1:30pm EST my husband was wearing his blue pepis shirt and we were in a white ford explorer 2021 also if possible check on the 10$ refund that the young lady stole even if i don’t get it back she needs to be fired everyone on that shift that day for cursing and stealing from the customer. If this is your GM the company has hit rock bottom *Shanahan Shanaynay idk her name but it starts with SH and she was shortest youngest person on the team in the red shirt.
