Per Jimmy John’s standards my order was made fast and tasted delicious. I ordered the #16 Club Lulu, add cheese, no tomatoes, extra mayo, and sauce. Made it a meal with a drink and the Salt and Vinegar chips–best S&V chips I’ve ever had. Jimmy’s is my favorite sandwich chain. That said, the place was clean but the restrooms needed some attention. And despite it being a sunny day, the shade umbrellas were closed so I had to open one myself. 4/5 stars for a good experience that could have been better with some extra attention to detail by the employees.

Did a mobile order tonight from their app. Head over there only to get to the store and find it closed. This was 40 minutes before the store is scheduled to close. Went out of my way to this location. It’s one thing to close early, but another for the app to show it as open and accepting orders. Waste of my time and gas.

I must admit I ordered a number eight and it was the best damn sandwich I’ve had in a long time and I told them so. There’s some great kids in there and overseeing mothers and the guy cleaning up did a great job too.. kept an eye on me that’s for sure.

Slowest JJ delivery I’ve ever experienced. One sandwich consistently takes over 40 minutes to be delivered less than 2 miles away. They need to work on close proximity deliveries.

This location continually fails to deliver to our office. They claim to deliver and leave it on a cart in our entryway, which they aren’t supposed to do because they are not affiliated with the company in which the cart belongs to, and then the sandwiches aren’t there when our employees go to retrieve them. Management refuses to remedy with a refund or credit. I will avoid this location in the future and I recommend you do the same!

Literally the fastest I’ve ever been served in my life. They had my sandwich ready before I could even pull my card out to finish paying. Super friendly staff who although busy all greeted me and joked around with me.
