Placed an online order and was missing one of the items. I was still parked at the stall so I pressed the button for help. The employee on the intercom proceeded to tell me that the stall I was currently parked at was not in service and that I needed to find another one. The employee then proceeded to cut the communication without allowing me to inform her of the situation. I then moved to a different stall pressed the red button and waited for approximately 7 minutes before the same employee on the intercom began to speak. I informed her that I was parked at stall 13 which she had claimed to be out of service and that in that same stall I had received an online order to which she interrupted me and asked for my name and proceeded to tell me it would be right out she then cut the communication once again. The problem with that was she did not allowed me to tell her what item I was missing and had not understood what the situation was. It’s not until I was able to catch the attention of a carhop employee that the issue was properly addressed and resolved within 5 minutes but not after waiting 20 minutes from the initial time. The name I was provided with for the employee behind the order intercom was Kelsie. At the end the issue wasn’t only the wait time and customer service but that the rest of the food o had ordered got cold. Food they did not attempt to remake due to there mistake.

Fast friendly service, good food. Definitely a well managed location. I have just about stopped going to sonic drive in because the service at the Covington Georgia location and a few other locations are beyond horrible. This location Definitely needs praise for the outstanding job they are doing. I Definitely recommend this location.

My order was messed up when asked to fix it was givenattitude and half the food I was given the first time. I don’t like their chili that’s Why I didn’t order it. But when my toys came covered in it I did ask for a replacement. They gave me half the tots with hardly any cheese or onions and I paid for extra. Very disappointed

Absolutely the WORST customer service of my life! There were 5 cars at the hop order boards and no cars in drive-thru so I opted for drive thru – I was immediately asked to hold – 17 MINUTES LATER with no response, not even with the other 3 cars blowing their horns – did anyone respond to us. We finally all pulled around for service and was told, “we’re busy” – NO YOU WEREN’T. Today is Day 2 – parked at hop order board – there are 2 other cars, besides me – I placed my VERY SMALL ORDER for 2 orders of Cinnamon Bites (same as yesterday) – my order was taken at 7:26pm – it’s currently 7:42pm. This location has some serious management problems. Not a word has been said, not a person in site. There’s nothing in this place that takes this long to cook – it’s now 7:46pm. Seriously, 20 MINUTES?! WHY?! You can keep them, I’m leaving.

Chicken sandwich, hot dog, tots, milkshake, and SunDrops for me, my son, and grandson. Everything was delivered fast and like we ordered it. Except for the bathroom being “out of order” so my 4 y.o. grandson had to go elsewhere to use it, it was a good experience.

Waited well over 20 minutes for a burger and drink with 2 other vehicles in the whole lot. Even checked on the food and was told they were waiting on some of it. Would’ve left if we hadn’t already paid.
