My wife, her Mom and I went here for supper. We are visiting from Canada. I love the two beef sandwiches for $7 deal! I love roast beef done right! Yummy! My wife likes the curly fries dipped in the cheese sauce. The fries are delicious that way. We had to order another one lol The restaurant was very nice inside and did have a fire place. It was very quiet and peaceful. They have excellent handicapped parking and access. The interior was clean and designed nicely. We were here visiting our cousin Jesse and son Dallas. We were just getting something quick to eat before we left for home.

Omg, absolutely the BEST Arby’s we’ve been to. They are always super nice, give fresh food and the MOST meat EVER for the 1/2 lb burgers. I’ve been all over Wisconsin n try to hit Arby’s wherever I go. These guys give you the actual amount n then maybe a bit extra, I soooooo appreciate these folks!!!!!

How do you manage to screw up almost an entire order when we are the only people in the drive thru? Why do we have 5 orders of curly fries when we only ordered two? Why is my soda the wrong flavor? Why are ALL the drinks sizes wrong and why do I have a fish sandwich when I asked for a bacon Swiss? Actually insane how bad people don’t listen especially considering how loud the woman was through the speaker. Time to learn copycat recipes for my favorite foods because I’m done Arby’s was the last straw of restaurants to just completely be incompetent.

I just got food from here and they went above and beyond. How they served me to get my food is how any place that makes food should be I ordered through the drive-thru and look places make mistakes, I should know. I used to work in the restaurant industry. They messed up my order (forgot to hand me a shake i ordered) not a big deal, and they caught the issue with an allergy on a burger i have. They informed me about their mistake and were very prompt to fix it. They didn’t need to do this part even though they are required to they did give me something extra for the mistake but I was okay with everything I would definitely come back here because they care about customers and their well-being for an allergy

The wait time in the drive through line is kind of long. Which, if they are busy, I understand. But when you’re almost late for work because the employee in the drivethrough is talking with the person in the car in front of you about nothing related to the business transaction (my window was down and I could hear them bs-ing) it’s a bit irritating. That day it took 17 minutes to order and get my food. I don’t know what an ideal time is for a fast food restaurant, but I’m pretty sure it’s less that 17 minutes.

Best Roast beef 1/2 lb sandwichs were good but service was terrible took almost 10 minutes to get our food he even took the sandwich off our tray and gave it to the door dash guy because he walked in. Also the tables were all very sticky.
And you only get a discount if you order online which is not fair to the patrons that don’t use the app to order. Very disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous! I placed an order at 7:23 PM and then at 8:01 my order was unexpectedly canceled due to an inability to “fulfill the order.” A simple phone call or a message from the business or my Dasher to ask about any potential alternatives would have been much appreciated, but I guess that’s going too far above and beyond these days. Will not be ordering from this restaurant on the app again…
