Let’s face it, we aren’t reviewing a 5 star restaurant, this is Sonic. It’s pretty much the same everywhere you go. This one lacks a little on the service side, but what do you expect.

We ordered online an hour before close. Got to sonic and checked in. Waited 30 minutes for them to come on 13 minutes before close and they said they were closed. Proceeded to explain that I was waiting for a mobile order. Finally got it, but received nothing but attitude from everyone. Makes not sense. We only ordered 3 Sonic Blasts. Why did we have a 30 minute wait? The employees were fine running in and out to have conversations with people in their cars, but I waited nearly 45 minutes total for 3 blasts.

We waited over half an hour for our order for one of the drinks to be incorrect and to be missing one of the sandwiches. After waiting another 45 minutes on the missing sandwich to be replaced and having to ask where it was at, it finally came out 15 minutes after that. It was missing the tomato, lettuce, and mayo that was supposed to be on it. While I do understand that Friday nights are busy there was no reason for it taking 1.5 hrs for me to get my complete order. I was offered something for my trouble after an hour of waiting, at which my daughter gladly got a small slushie. Sonic can do much better than this. There were a few other issues there, such as teenagers horsing around in the parking, one nearly got hit by a car while we were there. They were horsing around in the parking lot around peoples vehicles and I saw no sign of management doing anything in regards to the issues.

back again for cheraw sonic. last 3 times i left after 35 minutes. manager said food was on the way. never saw it. tonight i bet my daughter something would go wrong. we wanted a milkshake. went to drive thru and girl walked out. we can’t take orders. system down. i won the bet. me need for me to go back.

They took more than 2 hours just to take an order then asked us what we like then stopped talking to us for another whole hour cars started to leave because they’ve been in a line for at-least 45mins 0/10 i do not recommend

Ordered a hot dog and they loaded it down with souch mustard that, that’s all you could taste. Ordered a half n half tea and it was just unsweetened iced tea. This is twice I’ve had bad food from here
