Sonic has come a long way since I moved here. Wait times are much lower. Staff is much friendlier. We have no issues with this location anymore and we love it! In fact, we find the staff to be incredibly friendly and kind now and we love getting to interact with them. This store has made a total change around for the better and we love it!

The chicken tenders were tiny little pieces of dried up chicken that looked and tasted like they had been sitting there for 2 days. The fries were not good either. I usually don’t complain and I don’t like the post negative reviews but this is just the truth. Perhaps they were having an off day.

It’s ridiculous how long it takes to receive your order. I did a mobile pickup and submitted my order at 5:39 pm. I didn’t receive my two items (ice water and Oreo milkshake) until 6:05 pm. This was after I called the store to follow up. On top of that, you can tell the milkshake had been sitting for a while because it was runny. I asked the lil girl to remake it. She came back with the SAME shake. Therefore, we went to the DT window to speak to the manager. The little guy apologized and remade the shake. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The food was fresh and tasteful. More importantly the manager Todd was pleasant and patient taking our large orders. We tried to tip him generously but he refused and asked us to use the tip to return another day. His work ethic and professionalism was truly refreshing.

Sat for 10 min in the drive thru. Never got any food. 8 cars behind me two in front of me. Garbage on the ground and then the first local person we talk to says, “Yes, they’re really slow.” Sorry, sonic, we ran down to caffinated cow and got awesome milkshakes there. No wait!

The service quality here has dropped like Kobe. It’s so slow. Unless you wear a sheisty and talk into the mic with an African American accent, in which case the service is decent. Don’t even try anything but the drive thru. This place used to be awesome.
