We drove 2hrs to come here. We normally love going to a sonic. This one was horrible. Messed up most of the order 1st. 2nd we didnt get parts of the order. Food was old and nasty. Look at the hotdog in the pic. Was probably a few hrs old by color. Never to return to this location.

We parked at the stall and activated the red button. We waited for 10 minutes and nothing happened. So we looped around to the drive through hoping to get some food faster that way.

Didn’t offer or bring ketchup or cutlery so I tried to go in and ask for some, no entrance for customers. Went back to the stall to request and waited forever, then pressed again and was going to order something this time to incentivize the request—no answer. Went to another stall and finally got an answer, ordered a slush with candy, ketchup and silverware, which came quickly but didn’t have the candy, only two packets of ketchup and a fork. Come on, we had multiple orders of tots, corn dog and onion rings and no condiments?!? Am I supposed to eat a chili coney with my hands? Seven cars isn’t that busy.

This location is one I have visited often over the last several years. I have taken advantage of drink discounts, which have saved me $ during the half-price drink hours. The food is always hot and tastes good too. The line moves quickly, and everyone is hurrying and pleasant. I think the staff functions well under peak hours, I did detect a high stress vibe at the ordering station and the window. It was very hot the day I visited. I had to repeat my side order, possibly because speaker transmission is maybe not the best. I did appreciate having my order confirmed so there were no mistakes made on my food… it was perfect. This is very important to me so that I get to enjoy my meal. The catsup we asked for was in the bag as were napkins. Straws were handed directly to me, and im grateful I didn’t have to fish them out of the bag. I am impressed with the consistently good food and service, and I will keep stopping by at least once a month. Thank you Sonic for providing a great place to get a quick dinner!

Stopped here on way home from vacation, because we don’t have one close to home and who doesn’t like a sonic meal every once in awhile. When we first ordered the food they answered the red button right away. Food didn’t take to long to come out. However, once we opened it my son was to get fries instead of tots. I asked for ketchup and no ketchup .. my burger and fries were cold. My moms burger was cold . The only thing that was hot was the pretzel. I pressed the red button again..nobody responded .. I stopped the young kid that was out delivering food. He said he had to go talk to his manager. He came back out and said his manager Stacey said to give the food back and they would re make it. He comes back out my sons order was still wrong I specifically said no tots he wanted fries .. my fries were hotter and burger was a little warm. My moms burger was still cold. Stopped the poor kid again asked to talked to manager and refund .. so he went back in and he came back out and said his manager Stacey said no refund but she will give him a small fry . So at this point I was like whatever. We were hungry and just spent 30 some dollars. The poor kid was hustling .. I don’t know who was working inside with Stacey ? If they don’t have enough staff ? This is definitely poor management. We eat out very frequently and I also call a restaurant when I have a good experience and don’t like to complain, but for the amount of money you spend then you expect it to be At least decent . If they can’t handle the orders or don’t have enough staff then they need to close the doors. Not fair to paying customers. There were multiple cars parked that left without ordering and a few trips the kid made to deliver food that he had to take something back with him.

Worst Sonic I have ever visited. That is dirty oil in the bag of onion rings. When was the last time they changed it? Seeing the onion rings themselves was bad enough, but dirty oil in the bag too… Disgusting. The picture of the burger says everything. I was refunded for sure.

Great Sonic location with prompt service and plenty of drive in bays. They also have a drive-through option or outdoor seating. Typical Sonic menu items of burgers, dogs, chicken, and snacks, but I’ve been here several times and never had a complaint about food or service. Always a good choice for a quick bite (although at peak hours there is naturally going to be a bit of a wait for your food), especially if you’re in the mood for a cherry limeade!

It’s fun feeling a bit of the 50’s & 60’s but the food here is not very good. Except for the milkshakes, which are spectacular. The staff was very efficient and courteous. Access in and out was convenient from the main road. There was plenty of space in the parking lot and a drive thru available. If they did something about the food, they’d have a unique experience to offer.

Ordered from the app and went out to pick up our order. Only received half our order because items were not available. The employee at the window was very nice and said she did not know how to handle. She went and got the manager and it went down hill from there. Manager said we have nothing to do with our APP and closed the window on us without helping us at all. The poor employee up front actually opened it back up and said she was sorry her manager acted that way. So we contacted customer service and still never received a refund for food we paid for and did not receive.
