Definitely my favorite meal of my trip to Savannah. Everything we got was delicious. If I lived in Savannah I would come and try everything on the menu. We settled for one soup and one stir fry.
Recommend 100%!

I had the Ramen Japan. It was very good but they could have taken better care to leave out the less desirable parts of the chicken, like the skin. Some people don’t mind eating the skin, but I prefer to not. It wasn’t that much of a big deal since it was easy to eat around it but still, come on guys, you can easily ensure that the song skin stays out. I would definitely come here again and would definitely have this dish again.

I’ve been coming to Flying Monk Noodle Bar ever since I moved to Savannah, and it continues to impress. We stopped in for lunch around 1 PM, and the service was excellent as always. The waitstaff are attentive, polite, and consistently check in to make sure you have everything you need—whether it’s water, extra napkins, or hot sauce.
For our meal, we ordered a couple of Wonton Soups and the Queen Egg Rolls. The egg rolls came with three pieces, which was a bit less than expected, but still tasty. The staff were also very considerate, informing us about cross-contamination and shellfish allergies. We also tried a pork dish with rice, which was filling and flavorful.
The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and even the bathrooms are sanitized with a big jar of hand sanitizer available. The prices are moderate, and the atmosphere doesn’t get too loud—even during rush hour—making it a comfortable spot for lunch. I’m always impressed by how many people support this local gem, and I love supporting small businesses like this.
Huge thanks to the servers for making every visit a great experience!

Stop by here for a quick bite! It did not disappoint!
We were immediately greeted by a warm and outgoing hostess and were sat promptly.
The menu was very simple and offered many delicious options. We opted for the drunken noodles. They were so flavorful! And the amount of spice was spot on! Our server was also wonderful! Will definitely be back when we are in town!

⭐️ Flying Monk Noodle Bar – Savannah
I visited in the evening and the place was busy but not too loud, with a really nice atmosphere. The hostess seated me right away and the service throughout was friendly and fast.
I ordered the Pho, which was amazing — rich broth, fresh herbs, plenty of noodles, and very filling.
The restaurant is beautifully designed, located right on the main street, and feels authentic and energetic.
Great service, great flavors, and overall a very enjoyable dinner. Highly recommended! ✨

Flying Monk Noodle Bar is a great stop for singles, couples, or small groups looking to satisfy a noodle craving. I went with the Pad Thai and it was flavorful, a little crispy in spots, and a really good-sized portion. Definitely ask for the spice rack if you want to kick up the heat.
The staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the whole place felt welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend it for a quick lunch or anytime you’re in the mood for noodles.

I am a local here and I have always heard this was a good noodle place. WRONG! We arrived it was busy….ok….no problem, sat outside, as it was the only thing open, took 15 minutes for us to be greeted and put our order in (while all the tables around us received service). So whatever, first interaction ordered our food and drinks, food came out with bland water “PHO” that was supposed to be ramen noodles, the chicken was worse than Costco rotisserie and super dry (pictures added). I would not recommend this to any friends and family visiting downtown Savannah.

One of my favorite restaurants to eat while I’m in downtown Savannah! I often times get my food to go and I always order their house special fried rice with shrimp and tofu for my protein choice. They also have the best spring rolls as well!! If you want good flavor definitely check them out!

We are so happy we decided to randomly walk in here to eat. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was spectacular. The perfect food too for people on a road trip. Not too heavy or greasy. Very healthy ! Reign was our server and she was very informative with her suggestions. On top of that, it was a good bang for your buck ! Highly suggest this place than most others in Savannah 🙂

The crispy pork skin was on point. They had other “boards” for duck, and beef but not one that’s a sampling of them all. That’s what I really wanted and maybe in the future they would offer that. Ended up getting the duck noodles and my wife had the Master Shifu (broad noodles with braised beef). All delicious.
