The Deep fried items did not taste very good at all. You 100% could tell that the oil very much needed to be changed. You could taste the very bad, very old, probably getting, if not already, very dirty with old various over deep fried/fallen and forgotten pieces of other fried items throughout this batch of oil’s lifetime deep frying. I couldn’t even finish the food I ordered because of the very nasty old oil taste on it. Very negative time this time at Sonic which was very unfortunate. So I had to waste and threw out my whole order if food but I had at least lost my appetite by that point anyway so there was no need to have to go through any sort of hassle of having to go back to make a complaint nor have to request any sort of refund.

Ever since my pregnancy I was obsessed with the chili cheese tots. But I have to say the chicken tenders and chicken popcorn, and mozzarella sticks have always been rock hard when I ordered them. I’ve always been disappointed when it came to those. But the burgers and the hot dogs and the chili cheese tots are amazing! And all of their drinks,shakes, smoothies are just as great.

Worst experience in my life I ordered the spicy bacon steak grilled cheese and they literally handed me a burnt sandwich smh this place needs to be closed immediately! The customer service sucks on top of that the lady at the window was using heavy profanity very unprofessional!! Don’t go here and waste your money or you’ll regret it!

Absolutely terrible food & service. We waited about 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru, mind you we were the only car in line. We overheard the manager yell, “what’s this lady waiting for, she’s staring in the window!” Um, our food?? Once we received our food, the chicken tenders were over cooked and cold (we didn’t get the toast that comes with it, but not a big deal)& the soft pretzels were almost black they were so burnt. The first cherry limeade had no syrup and tasted like horrible seltzer. My daughter went into the store to at least get a new limeade and he gave her another one without syrup. At this point, we decided to just throw the food and drinks out bc we were so disgusted. Bad customer service & overcooked, yet cold food.

It’s been horrible the last few times I’ve gone there. I usually get their bagged ice and some drinks. Most times it takes at least 15 minutes after your order to make it to the pick up window. They will come take payment while your behind 1 or two cars- so your stuck. I’m third in line to get to the window and I can see my ice and drink’s sitting there- melting. One time I sat at the ordering speaker and nobody answered. I drove around to the window to find 2 guys smoking who work there. I asked, “ are you not open!” And they were like yeah but we can only take orders from the park and order stations not the drive thru. What????? Today I gambled again, drinks and ice- simple. 1 car in front of me. I get to the speaker, it’s 5:30 pm and I’m told “ we are not taking orders “

Waited for 20 mins in the booth nothing went into the drive through and they where not even responding to people trying to order until they felt like it ajd they are extremely rude kept taking long food and drinks are decent but the staff needs to be better at communicating

Drive thru had lunch menu up… I ended up with breakfast, which is mot what I wanted. It took almost 25 minutes total to get food. And since the girl had come to the car already for payment, I had too wait the 15 minutes g or the good after the 10 I already waited before paying… I will not be going back.

we waited at the drive in spots for 10 minutes, no response no nothing. we moved into the drive through and waited there for 10 minutes, no hello no nothing over the speaker, completely ignored. we tried driving up to the window, a car was waiting there the entire time we were there and another car pulled up with an online order and got served after they waited 10 minutes too. absolutely ridiculous, it was like it was closed. other cars also tried what we did going to spots and then through srive thru multiple times to try to get service. we eventually gave up and just left. never coming back.

My crew and I stopped here for food. At first we thought it was closed, as it wasn’t busy, but found that it was open, just not busy. Waited at least 10 minutes for an answer at the stall, put two orders in, and then proceeded to wait 10 more minutes for somebody to take my order. Carhop came out and took my order finally. By the time the food came out for my coworkers, the burgers were cold. The employees attempted to say the burgers were just made, but that was not the case. The employees proceeded to remake the burgers for the crew.
