First time visiting sonic. Staff was very polite and I give them an A+ for their customer service. I ordered a cheeseburger, french fries, two hot dogs, two orders of buffalo chicken dip bites, and popcorn chicken, all of which were very tasty. Great cheat day food.

Was very excited to take my boyfriend to Sonic after Go Karting as he had never been before. What a waste of an experience. We arrive and I push the button and no one answered. Five minutes later, I move my car over to the next spot because I figured the button was broken and I see a manager come out, point to my car and then see two employees walk into the business. They were sitting outside at the table paying literally no mind to us! Then another few mins later a woman comes out to tell me I didn’t push the button (which I did because it said “button activated…”) she then takes my order which took an insane amount of repeating and got our food shortly after.

They always take way too long, the staff is rude and doesn’t want to help customers at all. I went to sonic last night (7/23) and needed more sauce but the manager stood there and looked at me like I had 5 heads, then proceeded to open the window, flash the ugliest face at me and my bf, then slap the counter saying “what now?” and also tried to act like she didn’t know what the ‘Sonic Signature Sauce’ was and once she finally got the sauces, threw them into my truck slammed the window shut and started saying “Go, Go, Go, Please Go” I didn’t get to look at her name tag but she should absolutely be fired for the way she treats people. Came to the area for speed raceway. While waiting to race I took my kids to sonic for food. Went to order on the screen after pressing the button nobody attended us for service. Tried the drive thru after that and ended up waiting another 15 mins behind another car which didn’t move! Wouldn’t be able to review the food because we never got to eat! Overall I wouldn’t try to visit again! Obviously customer service isn’t their priority!! I would leave negative stars if that was possible

The worst sonic experience me and my family had! Better management need to exist here! My food taste three days old burger patty was burnt! Onion rings was harder than my granddad toe nails smh only thing was good was my ice cup water smh I can’t come back to this location until they get it together! And please fix all the broken ordering machine was standing there for 15 min for someone to tell me the drive through button was broken!

Good god. Ordered online and it STILL took 40 minutes to get through the @#$% drive-thu. It’s sad how far this location has fallen into complete apathy and dysfunction. People inside were standing around seemingly doing anything but their jobs. Shut it down and try again somewhere else where you can have your own driveway from the major highway maybe. Just don’t come here. They use to be good but went down hill a while ago and they don’t even care. Incorrect order. Missing sauces. Save your time, go somewhere else. And since all they’re going to reply with is to contact the franchise owner I already put in a survey and connected support for my money back.

This place has changed in a good way. Food temperature was much better and the burger was prepared much better. On a special deal sonic breasts the area food chains. Glad to see the improvement of this store.
