Do NOT go to this Sonic! Horrible service and foods gross. Twice now I’ve gone to get food, first time hoping it was a fluke but I was wrong. Employees are RUDE, sat in the stall waiting for my food, as we sat another customer gets up to see why the wait is so long just for the employee to yell that they’re not coming outside to deliver food and to get go thru the drive thru if you wanted your food. If that was the case they should’ve said something, you don’t just sit inside without saying anything. Thankfully that customer told us what was said so we didn’t have to sit and wait as long as them. We were given attitudes and they gave us COLD burgers, the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted . I will NEVER go back!

We were just there at 1:00pm today. We ordered two plain fries, a cheesesteak without onions and a bacon cheeseburger. We also got a cherry limeade soda and a cranberry slushy.
We went to the river to eat. We shared the food and we were both very happy with the cheesesteak and the bacon cheeseburger! It’s surprised us how good that cheesesteak is!
Now, I have to explain that we believe the man inside was working alone! I’m writing this to the Sonic Corporate Center… GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! He’s kicking it in this location. The staff here have always been great and so kind to us.. But to handle the whole place alone is a huge “Above & Beyond The Call of Duty ” Especially to turn the food out this level of quality!

I had a 40$ order including a burger, 2 cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks and tots. All the food was burnt besides the burger. I have reached out for a refund to sonic and all they offered was a free burger which I do not want their food. I want my money back. I left a voicemail with the company and no response.

The lady in the drive thru window was rude as hell. She started taking our order and mid order told us to “hold on” we waited a few minutes than asked if we could finish our order when she said “I told you that you have to wait” she was cussing us out as we drove away from the store in front of other customers. Will never return to sonic again if they have employees like that working for them. I didn’t know it was so hard to do a job you choose.

Tried to order online. Place will not deliver to your car. Have to go through drive through
Service was slow. I went up to the windowand 2 people were just standingaround. Tried to order online, but when i got there the app told me to put in the stall number found at the bottom of the screen. All the screens were off and there were no numbers visible. Found out later that the numbers are on the other side of the pole. You had to get out of your car and go around the pole to know what your number is.

First of all, an employee with a bishopic soul who is not in his right mind just because I said I’m sorry, I made the necessary complaints, how can such a bishopric person work in such a place, be careful, don’t go inside and don’t eat anything from there.

I thought this was supposed to be blended? It’s the little things… I count myself blessed to afford this luxury, but it’s a matter of principle. Do your job as if you care about having one.
Edit: updated this review by one star. I realized, while eating the rest of the ice cream, there was a small amount of the cookie dough blended in. I’m still reluctant to recommend this particular Sonic as the overall attitude and quality of service are still questionable at best; however, I believe the young man who made this Sonic Blast did what he thought was his best. Maybe it is more of a question of quality of management. Are the managers there invested in their people? Do they lead by an example of genuine commitment to service and care of their people?

Careless when packing food. Otherwise my order would’ve had everything in it. Missing a chili cheese foot long. Ordered a chili cheese dog meal. Cheesesteak meal. Chicken strip meal and bacon cheeseburger meal. Got all the way home and boom, my meal is missing. After waiting about 10 minutes in line. Won’t be going back again.

Don’t go here. I placed an app order around noon and when I got there there was literally no one there. They just stole my money and I spent half an hour on the phone trying to contact customer service for them to claim I would get a refund and an email confirmation of my refund and neither ever came. I’ve called this location every day and no one answers the phone.
