Be wise and careful parking at this location, especially at the timed parking spots. Tow Trucks will tow your car away for not having a “permit” to park there for whatever time limit less or more than 2 hours of being parked.

It is a nice area in downtown of Pomona! There are several eateries, located in this area. I would, usually, come here to grab a coffee in Starbucks. Of course, they have other eateries in this area. Nevertheless, the place I would frequent is Starbucks. Another good establishment, located in this area, is Flame Broiler. Of course, without eateries, they have US Bank branch, several offices, and UPS store. Definitely, it is a good area, to spend time!

It is a nice area, located in downtown area of Pomona! I have been here many times, when I was a student at Cal Poly Pomona. I would frequent this area, and go to other establishments in the area. This area is quite conveniently located. There is a Starbucks establishment, Subs Cafe, El Jefe, and several other eateries. Furthermore, there are ample of offices in the area. One of them includes a U.S. Bank. Definitely, if anyone is in downtown of Pomona, I would recommend to stop by this area.

It has an overall sense of comfort; the eateries are relaxing and the food reminded me of grandma’s home cooking. For a day when there was no need to rush, I go to the Mission Promenade and I recommend it as a day to just kick it at your pace and enjoy you time.

Went to Starbucks, upon entering I was immediately asked if I wanted the code for the bathroom. I went there for a Frappacino. I had to wait more than a few mins for my drinks. That’s when I noticed it looked like a few homeless people using the bathroom and sharing the code. It was hard not trying to feel insulted. That’s enough to make me not want to come back.

Limited parking, shops are over priced for the regular everyday person, have decent enough shops but again over priced, still believe people should wear a FACEMASK but it is my opinion. The decor is somewhat okay needs more flowers but then again all the homeless people would abuse this area as there is alot of people who are now homeless due to COVID-19 and the unretractrable problems created by a former PRESIDENT who made gains for himself and DISPLACED MILLIONS OF AMERICANS who are now homeless. The city needs to go back over the legal laws and see how a former leader of our nation found loopholes to his GREED AND OWN GAIN instead of actually thinking about THE PEOPLE!

If you have money to waste, this promenade/strip mall, than downtown Pomona is the place to visit, for the poor people/homeless/low income this is definitely NOT THE PLACE to visit or go.

There’s not much to do there family-wise. You have a bank, UPS, and Mexican restaurant that’s over priced especially for the area it’s located at a very busy with traffic and a small parking lot one way street from which you enter. Lots of homeless especially at night.

Still a deserted place that needs more bumming business to attract people . Unfortunately, this is not a walking and safe area due to the many abundant and shady characters that run from Mission Blvd all the way to the Pomona Transit station.
