My family & I stopped here on our way home from Alabama & it was not good. The guy who took the order was very slow but he got it right. The screen didnt work when we paid with our card. We waited 20 mins & the fries were so old my partner said they must have been the floor fries. It took longer to get our credit card back & it was someone different who brought it to us. Definitely not stopping again.

I am a citizen of McGehee and try to support our local businesses. After today, I can say I’m completely disappointed with Sonic in McGehee I realize there will be some off days every now and then, but I can say today was RIDICULOUS!!! I place my order. That goes well. Screen show Aliyah is headed your way with your order. I wait and wait. 7-8 minutes later my order is delivered. Fries are cold and stiff. I politely tell the young lady my fries are cold and I tip her. She takes them back and says she will get some fresh ones dropped. 20 minutes later, I still haven’t gotten my hot fries. The young lady looking at me as if to say, “why are you still sitting here”. I finally call back in to see if they had forgotten me. She finally returns with the fries and said, “here you go”. Guess what, fries are lukewarm. I don’t have the energy to deal with it, so I get home. Had to completely warm everything over. The items I asked them to hold were on the sandwich and the meat was fried hard!!!! Perhaps, if they lose all of their customers, they will take more pride in the service they give. As of today, I AM OFFICIALLY DONE!!!

We pushed the button to order, and the person came over the speaker to take our order, and after we told them what we wanted, there was just silence. the order was not acknowledged or read back or anything. we waited several minutes waiting to hear something. we even switched stalls and pressed the button again because we thought maybe the speaker was broken, but no one answered when we pressed the button. they were not busy at all, so that could not have been the issue. most of the screens for the stalls were either turned off or broken. We finally just left. Horrible service!!

Screens don’t work. Order was wrong. Carhop was rude! And apparently straws don’t come with drinks even when you ask a second time. The worst Sonic I’ve been to in years!

I visited this location while traveling through the town. I checked my card a few days later and my card was charged an extra $24.62. It was ran a second time after i paid. Multiple attempts were made to get this corrected. David the manager said there was nothing he could do. I have an email from customer support that says otherwise. Don’t use your debit card if you go. Could be like me and be scammed. Thanks
