We went on the app to order pizza. The app showed that the only option for crust was the stuffed crust. My son only wanted Pizza Hut for his birthday so we went ahead and ordered. We asked about the extra charge and if it could be lifted since there were no other crust options. (I know it’s only 3.00, but it is the prinicple of the matter). The girl working the counter got the manager on duty. The manager then informed us that there were already discounts on there incinuating that we didn’t need any more discounts. The “discounts” in question was the 10.99 tastemaker deal that you all run ALL the time so no, that’s not a discount. Also, the cheese sticks were bought with reward points that were earned. So no, no “discount” there either. We shouldn’t have been charged an upcharge just because the store wasn’t properly prepared and ran out of all the dough. That is the store’s fault not ours. Also the pizza was cut very slopily. Very unhappy with our experience.

Needs new management or better employees. Absolutely horrible, constantly ripping people off. I have reviewed them multiple times.I always leave negative feedback nothing ever changes. Extra cheese is $1.50 to 2 dollars. Depending on pizza size or cheese sticks or whatever. I asked for double extra cheese on a family cheese stick that’s $6.00 and this photo is what you get. I really believe corporate tells them to never put extra cheese on anything or this place is just clearly trying to rip everyone off. I’ve done this so many times, I’m going to find out who owns this franchise and contact them at this point. I’m sick of spending $30-$40 on pizza one night a week to get some thing that we throw most of away, because it’s just burnt bread with a skim of cheese. Oh yeah and this cup of sauce is what you get for another $1.50 barely fillet a quarter of the way full. The last photo is of a cheese pizza that had extra cheese times two on it that was $4.00 for extra cheese I can see the sauce in most places. Just a complete disappointment and always is from this location. Basically robbing their customers.

This Pizza Hut has the absolutely best delivery ever! The best delivery drivers work here! And I recommend this Pizza Hut over every pizza in the Area, they have wonderful and sweet people working there and the delivery drivers are to die for! Thank You so much for the Delivered pizza from one of Your drivers! 😀 woo hoo! I got a BBQ chicken and some sweet and sour boneless wings and they were bomb! Normally this location is good prompt delivery. May 01, after being in the hospital for two weeks for pancreatiitus, I ordered pickup, said would be ready in 15 minutes, I get there, give them my name, paid for and us in the hot case, I priced to wait 40 minutes cause new orders could not be brought, and the dude running the front proceeded to argue with a girl that she needed to punch in and call the help desk for him, while I am holding tobthe sill of the storefront so I can stand. After 40 minutes everything cones back up, he tries to print the receipt he ha given me 40 minutes before, than he is ih, and grabs ny order out if the hotbox. Needless to say, I will not order from this location again, I will drive to the mext town/location if I need.

We use to go to Pizza Hut all the time when it was on West AJ Hwy and it was great. Been to this location twice, worst pizza I’ve ever had. Went back last week just to see if it’s changed, nope, still horrible pizza. No sauce, barley any cheese, I will never go back.

Ordered pepperoni lovers and meat lovers for carry out. Pizza had a good 3 inches of crust all the way around with the sauce slightly charred for 2 inches of the 3 on both pizzas. 1 pizza also had several large bubbles that had developed during cooking. May have been a fluke, but the pizzas were not up to normal pizza hut standards in my opinion.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and only 2 slices had cheese in the crust. Also ordered a large meatlovers and there was barely any toppings or sauce. Will never go there again. The Pizza Hut at 7401 Chapman highway across from Walmart is the best we’ve had. And they have dine in. I will be going back there from now on even if it’s a 35 minute drive
