This was a fun, interactive dining experience. The food was of very good quality and a great variety. We had several seafood, beef, pork, and noodle options. Everything we had was great and got to try a few things we haven’t had before. I like spicy foods, but had to step down the spice level here. The spicy broth was a bit much for me but the waitress was quick to adjust the broth for us. Definitely liked the variety on the sauce bar.

Pretty good hot pot place located right in the H Mart plaza. They have a set price for lunch and dinner, kids get a discount depending on their age. There is a good selection of soup bases but if you want different flavors they do charge you more which I thought was strange. Other hot places that I have been to give you your own personal pot and let you pick your own flavor. Soda, bubble tea, alcohol, etc also have an additional charge. There are also some additional items not included like meat skewers that you can pay extra for. For the hot pot itself, there is a good selection of meats, vegetables, tofu, noodles, really anything you can think of. To go with your hot pot meat they have a sauce bar where you can customize a sauce to your liking to eat with the meat. There is also a 2 hour limit but I don’t think it’s that strict. The cotton candy machine and robot waiter are both pretty cool too.

Very popular and delicious hot pot all you can eat buffet at a reasonable price. Matt, our server, was particularly attentive and friendly. Thank you for a great family meal out! Sauce bar has so many options. Birthday song and dessert on the house!

We stopped into So Hot on a Saturday around 3:30pm. The restaurant was full but there were a few tables open and we were seated right away! David was our server and he was great! The food came out fast, the sauces were delicious, and we had an amazing time eating, cooking and talking! David was super efficient at clearing our used dishes and making sure we had everything we needed. We left just enough room to stop at the cotton candy machine on our way out and it is hands down the best cotton candy we have ever had!

We got here at opening and there was already a line out the door. When we sat down we were greeted right away by Richard who walked us through the tablet ordering. Food and Boba arrived quick and absolutely delicious. Jun and David provided the best service by keeping our table clean and broth pot full. This place is now our favorite hot pot restaurant. We will be back soon!!!

Our server, David, was so nice, attentive, and patient! He did a great job explaining everything and happened to get two tables of us Offline members next to each other. I got a chance to tell him more about Offline – as he overheard me talking to other members. I LOVED the robot, sauce options, all-you-can-eat, and drink options. My kids (12 & 13) were very satisfied and loved their souvenir drink cups.
