The owner of this establishment is a pure gentleman with a heart of gold, and it shows in his food. Speaking with him about his years of cooking truly gives you the sense of pride he has in his craft. I had the pleasure of tasting his food when he catered a gathering I was attending. Between the brisket, ribs and chicken, the flavors were amazing. Brisket was cooked perfectly. Ribs were delicious. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce not to over power the meat. Potato salad and Mac and cheese definitely a must have. I can’t say enough how good his food is. I will definitely be hiring him for any event I have. Thanks John.
