I ordered 2 pizzas from here. They were delivered cold and it looked like they were sliding around a back seat (mine you I track the driver on the app it took 25 minutes to deliver and im less than a mile away. I called no answer called the suggest corporate number no answer. You’re better off picking up your order from anywhere else but this location. In person is worst here.

Ordered delivery. One pizza was the buffalo pizza. It arrived with no buffalo sauce. I clicked on delivery insurance button and it transferred pages and kept telling me that I couldn’t report an issue until my food left the store. I have it, so what do you mean?
I tried calling the store 3 times. After 5 minutes each call it kicked me off and no one ever answered. Not sure how you have a buffalo pizza with no buffalo. The pizza also was not cut. It was overall a terrible experience.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Asked them not to send old food, they did anyway. My driver would not allow me to see the food before paying for it. In which he also had me cash app his personal cash app for payment. Called to speak with manager Scott & Ray they start having the young lady at the front desk lie and say thru wasn’t here anymore after not wanting to take accountability. I am so devastated my children waited 2 hours for them to deliver that hard and cold food. Then $28 down the drain.

I order Domino’s for dinner regularly, so I gave 4 stars because Overall they are usually a great choice for dinner. I usually have a big order and normally they don’t make any order errors. I’m almost always satisfied with my order… this is important when you order frequently and you don’t like to be upset about order errors when you’re hungry.
Sometimes things aren’t really that great, it happens I’m sure everywhere, especially when you order as often as I do, the there’s just statistically more chances of there being things that happen..
My last order the pizza I ordered was ..
Ultimate Pepperoni,
Add: whole pizza: mushrooms,
Add: Left half: black olives, roasted red peppers.
Cut: normal
Bake: well done.
If you see the pictures this was clearly baked well done on the outer part of the pizza but the center was soagy and not fully baked. Most of the pizza was unedible and I would’ve called to replace it but they would’ve told me it’s because of the toppings, .. but it’s my opinion that..basically if a pizza turns out like this they shouldn’t sell it, … when they do the quality check and it looks like this they should call and say “hey your pizza didn’t turn out, would you like to try a different combination?” …
But 4 stars because as I said, they mostly get the orders correct, they make it up to you if they don’t, and the food is usually very good quality.
I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer ever since they changed their recipe some years ago. I love their apps interface, it’s very easy to navigate and add/edit items. They also have a rewards program that let’s you earn a free pizza.

I ordered just a cheese dip on the side. They gave me an Alfredo. I did not check my food until I got home because on my receipt so I had a cheese dip when I went back to the restaurant after trying to call to get the matter resolved, and they did not throw it away when I later asked what they were planning on doing with it. They told me they were planning on throwing it away. It was still sitting there mind you I took it home.

We ordered ahead, at 3:30, for a 5:30 delivery. The pizzas came at 6:40, wrong toppings and cold. The delivery driver pulled up to our house, realized he didn’t bring our order, marked it as “delivered” on the app, and drove off. He came back 15 minutes later with bad pizza. We called the store multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone.

Service has really gone down since the move. My pizzas are always cut INCORRECTLY and the toppings look old, dry and overcooked.
UPDATE: They burned my marble cookie brownies
UPDATE: They had my pizza sitting up there done for over a half hour before sending out of delivery. It was out of the oven and ready at 9:55, out for delivery at 10:30 and delivered at 10:44. UN ACCEPTABLE!!!!
UPDATE: Delivery driver smashed my pizza I’m so over this place now.

I would like to give no stars. June 28, 2019 I placed an online delivery at 9:04pm. The website stated a lady was on her way at 9:24pm. My house is 10 minutes away! She arrived at my house at 10:20pm with a crushed pizza box, cold pizza and cold cinnamon bites. I called all weekend, but of course got the run around (hung up on or told no manager was on duty). Sunday night June 30, 2019 I was able to go into the store and spoke with a shorter Caucasian manager on duty at 7:50pm. He was VERY RUDE telling me he think I AM LYING and would not even look at the pictures of how the food was delivered. I have contacted corporate and warn everyone else about the poor service at this location.

I ordered pizza from here April 19, 2023 I’m eating left overs today April 20, 2023 and bite into this green plastic. Never again from this location. Up date as of 4/21/23 Kelly from HR called to apologize on behalf of the manager John at this location. I informed Kelly John should have called and she knows I told her this previously. This green piece apparently is from a box opener. John could have had the common decency to place the call to me and apologize to me. This is how I know he along with Dominos as a whole doesn’t care about the customers of this location. This location needs retraining on appropriate work behavior, customer service, and safety precautions.

Literally sent me the wrong pizza!!! I ordered a medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza and was sent a pizza with mushrooms and peppers on it. Even thought the box was labeled PEPPERONI AND PINEAPPLE. I tried calling the delivery driver back and texted him letting him know I was delivered with wrong pizza but of course he didn’t answer. And good luck trying to get in contact with the store because they don’t answer either! All I could do is put in a claim online and they give you 60 funky points towards a free pizza . Dominoes already went down hill from the extremely tiny and fatty chicken to the $2 increase for delivery. MEDIOCRE at its best!!
