I ordered pizza from here April 19, 2023 I’m eating left overs today April 20, 2023 and bite into this green plastic. Never again from this location. Up date as of 4/21/23 Kelly from HR called to apologize on behalf of the manager John at this location. I informed Kelly John should have called and she knows I told her this previously. This green piece apparently is from a box opener. John could have had the common decency to place the call to me and apologize to me. This is how I know he along with Dominos as a whole doesn’t care about the customers of this location. This location needs retraining on appropriate work behavior, customer service, and safety precautions.

I order Domino’s for dinner regularly, so I gave 4 stars because Overall they are usually a great choice for dinner. I usually have a big order and normally they don’t make any order errors. I am new to this area but not to Milwaukee. So i know the history of the fast food on this side of town. But I’m two weeks in and this is my second order and I can’t say enough great things. I not only ordered at 645pm on a Saturday night but during a Bucks playoff game and Brewers game to boot. My order was here by 715pm, smoking hot, correct, driver was super polite, and everything was just great. Will for sure be going back thanks guys!!

I usually love going to this location but whoever made this pizza today didn’t follow instructions about the order and they only gave me 6 pieces over the 8 pieces I ordered and then they made me a thin crust pizza instead of a pan made pizza! Very disappointed at the cook today.

I would like to give no stars. June 28, 2019 I placed an online delivery at 9:04pm. The website stated a lady was on her way at 9:24pm. My house is 10 minutes away! She arrived at my house at 10:20pm with a crushed pizza box, cold pizza and cold cinnamon bites. I called all weekend, but of course got the run around (hung up on or told no manager was on duty). Sunday night June 30, 2019 I was able to go into the store and spoke with a shorter Caucasian manager on duty at 7:50pm. He was VERY RUDE telling me he think I AM LYING and would not even look at the pictures of how the food was delivered. I have contacted corporate and warn everyone else about the poor service at this location.

It’s happening again! They won’t answer the phone!! Listen, I don’t know what happened within the last 4 or 5 months but this dominoes has gone to @#$=(%! I ordered a hand toss a few days ago, and I usually enjoy watching the love status bar. This night it stayed on QUALITY CHECK for an hour n a half! I said it had to be wrong. they just left our pizza in the car or on the counter for who knows how long, came 2 ADDITIONAL hours later, it was cold, dry and the crust had holes in it.
