The food was very good. My son and I both had the French dip sandwich with homemade fries. The waitress took our drink and food order and we had to ask another waitress to get our drinks as we waited so long. It was at least 30 to 40 minute before we got our food. When we did get it it was hot and tasty, but to me should not have taken so long as there was only one table ahead of us and very few people at the bar.

My family and I were in town and looking for a local place for breakfast. My father in law mentioned Simply Simons so we thought we would check it out. Turned out to be a great stop for a nice breakfast. Freshly made and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly. It’s not fancy but suited our purpose just fine.

We dock our boat nearby. Decided to try them for breakfast, since they were the only ones around, not on vacation. Food was great, prices are great and we love that its all home made. The gals there work hard and care about their customers. It has a nice homey feel, as well. We will sure be frequent flyers here, when we’re in the area!

My mom and I were SO HUNGRY and this was the first restaurant we came across that was open….what luck! We ordered the beef orzo soup to start – very flavorful with nice tender meat. For our main meal we both ordered the Cuban sandwich which was once again delightful! Great taste served on the perfect bread.

My favorite little brunch spot. Me and my sisters have been coming here for years and we order our mimosas and our breakfast. The menu is great and so are the waitresses. Such a local lucky find for a great price.

My girlfriend and I were visiting the Northeast and we decided to stop here for lunch. At first, she was very leery to eat here because she saw the cook and had a bad feeling. But we stayed and decided to eat there regardless of her initial reaction. Both of us were glad we stayed. The waitress was also one of the owners. It is a family owned operation that has been around for many years. One of the things I ordered was the clam chowder. That was the first thing I wanted to eat while visiting Massachusetts. I was not disappointed. The day before, we went to a restaurant near Battleship Cove. The restaurant had a great ambiance, but their chowder tasted like it was from a can. But the chowder at Simply Simon’s was terrific. The staff was extremely friendly and their food was spectacular. If I am ever in that area in the future, I plan to visit this restaurant again.

SO GOOD. I was surprised this little restaurant had every type of food that was of great quality. The portions are huge and the prices are cheap. I will definitely come back here. It’s also very popular with the town people.

So I’m not one to be picky when someone is serving me however my experience here was just not good at all. The waitress took 15 minutes to get me my drink. There was a employee screaming profanities at the bar the whole time I was eating . The food was alright at best. Would’ve been better had I not found a hair on my plate. I’ve been here before and even that was only three stars at best.

Hangry looking for breakfast with a picky bunch of adults staying with family in Swansea, I found Simply Simons searching “breakfast near me” on Google. The reviews were really good so we gave it a try this morning. This will now be our go-to breakfast place while in town. Fantastic breakfast, perfect portions for all, great prices and so good. Even the pickiest didn’t need to complicate their order. Lots of options. Highly recommend!

Have enjoyed our experience in past but today not so good . Got the French onion soup which was very salty, confronted server was aggressive and aggravated. Not impressed today. There were other issues and was told because I/ we didn’t see it you have to pay the whole bill! Definitely have to be more vigilant as to what I order! I’m going to miss this place come next year
