I hate the current trend for fast food places to ask first thing when you walk in the door: “Are you using the app or an online order?” First, you have to say it loudly and clearly enough that I understand what you’re saying. If you mumble, I am just confused.
That said, it’s been a LONG time since we ordered Papa Murphy’s. The order process was fast – I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with two giant pizzas. One was cheese with mushroooms over 1/2 and the other was a Favorite (Or combo), without sausage. I mention the changes because they were made with no questions asked.
This won’t replace my go to pizza place, but it’s pretty darn good. The regular hand tossed crust has a good chew to it, and got pretty crispy on the edges when cooked per directions. Ingredients were plentiful and tasted fresh. Sauce was good. The cheese had several different kinds of cheese which gave it a nice, rich flavor.
$37 for two very large pizzas feels like good value when compared to most quality pizza places. We regularly pay over $60 at our regular pizza joint for two larges. One thing I will say is that it’s definitely better than any of the other chain pizza places in the area – Domino’s, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, etc.
Will we be back? Yes, probably when we want something a little different.

They always have the best deals, and the selection of toppings is plentiful, giving you the ability to create your own unique combinations. The fact that I can get my child to eat vegetables and salad from there without a fight is five stars all by itself. The staff at the Baptist location recognize me, which makes getting in and out much faster when I’m in a hurry. We will definitely continue to be customers for the foreseeable future.

Wow! Ordered from Papa Murphy’s for the first time and will definitely be back again. The pizza is probably the freshest we have had, great amount of toppings, easy to customize and the order was accurate. Used delivery to receive the order and no issues (even early). Nothing but good things to say and highly recommend if you are considering to try it.

We’ve always been a house divided when it came to Papa Murphy’s. My hubs loves and I wasn’t a fan. I had thin crust at a friend’s house last night and LOVED it. Today, I ordered online and had my hubs pick it up for lunch. Our daughter is celiac so I also love that there’s a GF crust option. I’m a Papa Murphy’s believer now!

Our neighborhood Papa Murphy’s is a great meal option when 3 teenage grandkids are on the way and time is short and a cost savings are a factor. Tasty pizzas are always available. Highly recommend the friendly staff in Monument.

First time in my life form of payment was made an issue. EBT declined, no big deal for me, I had other means to treat my kids to pizza and the woman at the counter all but refused to give me my order. I offered debit, credit or cash. This woman insisted she could take no payments in store…I have literally watched other people pay in cash and with card on other occassions with other employees without issues. I ended up flipping cash, exact change, on the counter, reaching over her and taking my order. We won’t be back
