Me and my sister went to Victoria’s kitchen and we ordered two orders. We ordered buffalo wings and we ordered barbecue wings with the shrimp. We ordered a side of cabbage and a side of collards greens. Now the cabbage was very good. The collard greens were very salty, and when I mean salty, I mean salty. The shrimp was just OK to me. The chicken wings was OK to me. It was all right I guess I just know that I won’t go back. My sister said it wasn’t worth the money.

Normally I have a good experience but they served me sour rice and as soon as I opened it, it’ smelled sour so I know when they packed it up it did. You know how long rice would have to sit out to be bad ? That’ concerns me. I ended up throwing the whole meal away that I was planning to give to my child. Thank goodness I didn’t. If you look at it you can see the white spores. He did apologize but that’s just disturbing and careless definitely will not be back

I almost didn’t go based on the recent reviews I read on this place. Let me set the record straight; at least based on my experience. The food was GREAT! There is no way that was boxed Mac and cheese. It was delicious. I had 6 wings, mac and cheese, and green beans. Everything was delicious. Chicken was fried to perfection with a crunch but still tender. The Mac and cheese, oh the Mac and cheese! Fantastic! The green beans weren’t originally what I wanted (my fault not there’s) but I am so glad I got them. Very flavorful and the perfect compliment to the meal. My wife had the fried Whiting, mac and cheese, and broccoli and she loved it. She is very picky about her broccoli and I didn’t hear a word lol. She enjoyed her food though she did not finish (she has a small stomach). That brings me to my next point. The food size is decent. I am a big eater and I could have done with a little bit more food but I didn’t feel robbed. Was it pricy what the amount I got a bit but prices on everything is going up that is something we have to realize. These restaurants are still a business they have to make money so usually that results in less for more so they can meet their bottom line. I will put up pics of the food and you can decide for yourself if it is enough. Each plate was basically $20.

I was passing through for just a day to attend a graduation. Looked up soul food, and this place came up. DELICIOUS! I ordered the combination of fried chicken wings and fish (swai). Additionally, I added four shrimp to my platter. The fish, chicken and shrimp were well seasoned and crispy — fresh, hot and savory! The yams and potato salad were on point too. As a pastor that travels often and frequents soul food establishments, I was so pleased to stumble across one that did not disappoint. I encourage you to support this local business. They are a worthy recipient of your patronage, and they are delightful people as well.

VERY slow in making food and having it ready. I’ve tried several items and they were either over cooked or salty. Not to mention the wait time!!! I sat watching a young man playing around and dancing!!! I purposely arrived late and was still told another 10 minutes . When 10 minutes passed I was told another 5 minutes!!! It was salmon Alfredo!! Loudly talking and playing seems to contribute to then not being able to prepare someone’s food in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly Won’t be back and will warn others.

I have been following this business for a few years on Instagram but was never in the area until tonight. I can honestly say this is the best crab cake I’ve ever had. The flavors are insane. I am so happy this lived up to my Instagram stalking food dreams. Can’t wait to order again next time I’m in sicklerville!

I typically don’t take time to put in a review but, BABY! This food was amazing. They put the “Soul” in food! The green beans are delicious and potato salad. Fried fish was seasoned well. My husband got : Salmon, shrimp over spinach, w/ green beans and potato salad. He lift his head up once to say “Wow this is really good!” My son enjoyed his fried chicken platter as well but said he prefers my macaroni and cheese. Well what can I say, I’m a good cook myself But this is about them. It’s a must buy, and taste. You won’t be disappointed!

Disappointed. They never have all the menu items. Portions are small and expensive. Just got the shrimp scampi. It was $22 for a small portion. Bland, only 4 shrimp and not worth the cost. I probably won’t be ordering again any time soon if at all. So upset!
