This is my favorite jack in the box in the entire metroplex. Yes, they lie about their hours ever sense the pandemic — every establishment (except Tom Thumb) does this in this intersection for some reason. It used to bother me, but I got used to it.

Worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. Shift manager interrupted my order to chat with an employee seated in the dining room for 5 Minutes. Same said manager interrupted my order being prepped a couple of more times to chat up several other employees. Forgot my tea? No problem, that will be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes for one order with a single other customer behind me. He got the same treatment as well.

This is the 7th time in two months I have been at this location and the drive through isn’t open. They need to hire some more people or change the hours here. Sometimes the lobby isn’t open during lunch hours. Friendly, yes, always fresh, yes, but they aren’t open like the sign says.

I’ve visited this location a total of three times. All instances were late at night (after 2am) and months apart. One thing that’s been highly consistent: I don’t leave this place with food in hand. The explanation I got the first two times is that they switch to online-orders only at some point – okay, that’s cool, whatever, I’ll go somewhere else for the night. Tonight I actually did place an online order for some food here. However I got a different explanation this time: “We’re closed.” I’m quite frustrated at this experience, because I was under the impression that I could finally get some jack in the box at this hour of night. Seeing how this location is open for 24hours a day further exacerbates the frustration.

It blows my mind when they close the dining area after 6pm and force you to use drive thru. I’ve never seen a place do this. They refused to tell me why. I went to kfc down the street instead. Wonder why.

Clean dining area and great costumer service. We always get our food hot and fast. The only thing confusing is the lobby opening hrs for Sunday. We are not sure when they open. Last time we were there at 9am but it was close.

They aren’t 24 hours and close whenever they want. Don’t place a mobile order because they will say it will cancel but will be marked as done and take your money anyways. Sign is bright saying “OPEN”, doesn’t take much to hit a switch if yall are closed.

Welp not in Jack’s restaurant on I really don’t see anything to rant and Rave about I mean it’s just a burger I mean it’s a burger place I will say it’s clean I’ll also say that it’s they’re very small to be sitting inside of. The staff here seems to be friendly but not overly friendly I mean ah the cashier but I had when I first came in her customer service was impeccable. I’m in looking at the parking lot I’ll tell you pretty clean. Now there are two or three women or for women’s diving some like that work in here I am they’re all in uniform so that makes it easy and the only thing they don’t have on name tags so you don’t know who who’s identify who’s doing a great job Mammoth far as business goes I mean even though I don’t see anything to write home about it obviously must be a very good company because this one has been busy non-stop since I’ve been here now whether there’s other ones like to survive I would not have any idea but if you get a chance is that the corner of Abrams and Mockingbird Mockingbird whatever that’s called make sure you go to Google Maps and let us know what you think thanks a lot
