The food was great!!
The ribs were amazing!!! Literally the best!!!! I loved the little crust of char on them and the sauce with it was great!
The chicken was flavorful.
The coleslaw was great and fresh with a crunch.
The mac & cheese tasted like it was straight out of the kraft box, they need to change that!!!
Service was good.
We had our food within 10minutes of ordering.
I will definitely be back.

Good food. Not a big fan of the sauce, but that just our preference. Sweet potatoe fries were awesome! Not greasy and good flavor! Coleslaw was good. Grilled tenders were good. Husband had Shanetastic burger and he liked it. Service was good. Food was served hot which is a big plus.

Great Superbowl deal, 1lbs pulled pork, full rack of great ribs, 20 boneless wings, 20 traditional wings, four different flavors between the 40 wings because I’m indecisive, large tray of cold and shriveled no good fries, six pieces of large Texas toast ……all for the bargian price of $53.49 after tip and tax. All the meat and flavors were delicious. I called and placed my order so they blame me fire taking too long to get there but it was all cold. It was fine after heating up and we had a great time didn’t have to worry about cooking or cleanup just put it out to be eating and throw away the rest. Deducted the one-star because of the cold food.

Visited here on multiple occasions and was usually good. However on Oct.9, 2021 it was very disappointing. The smoked wings I ordered were quite soggy and still needed the feathers to be plucked from them(See photo) Gross!

I ordered bbq chicken and my husband ordered wings. Mine had no bbq sauce on it or with it and it was so dry, no amount of sauce would have helped. When I asked for sauce, I got barely a tablespoon. His was almost burnt, pictured below. No 1 checked on us. Chloe was the person that placed our order. She couldn’t speak above a whisper and adding a mask, I finally just said, I can’t hear you. Didn’t help. I usually love Shane’s but I will never go back to this 1 in Warner Robins.

I liked the service here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food tasted fine. I had the two meat plate with ribs and barbecue pork. I liked the macaroni and cheese, the sweet potato fries, and the regular fries. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was only one station with the different barbecue sauces. I will definitely be back here for more barbecue.

Great service, food was pretty darn good too. If they were in South Texas I might only give it 4* because I’m comparing it to other places I’ve eaten (anywhere in Lockhart) sooo if Bill Miller BBQ or Sonny’s is a 1* and Black’s or Saltlick is a 5*… it’s just a smidge below the best of the best. In other words, if you’re not in the “BBQ capital of the world”, you can’t miss with Shane’s Rib Shack, and they’ve got a pretty catchy name too

It is not at all clear where to go when picking up an order until you’ve waited in line then see a sign in tiny letters next to the register. They forgot all our sauces. They gave my dad cole slaw instead of potato salad. He hates cole slaw. No one is answering the phone. The bread isnt toasted. The beans were just dumped out of a can. This is my first and experience here.

I miss the original owners of this place! They cared of what was being served . Pulled pork always with no flavor, taste like it was frozen . Ribs always have this funny taste. Out of my 10 visits I think I have eaten the ribs and twice they tasted good. The other thing that taste good is the chicken fingers. You can’t mess that up . Service was how you would expect it from teenagers running the place. Good kids but no experience . Ordered no cheese on my burgers and they had cheese. Ordered buffalo hot sauce and got some type of bbq sauce . Looks like there is one cook in the back . I won’t be surprised if this place closes down like the one on my old town . This place could be good if they just cared of what was being served. This goes to a lot of places here in town. Food is always a hit or miss. Never consistent .
