EDIT #2: If you order online or through the app, don’t expect a confirmation email or tracking of your order as they don’t offer that. They really need to step into this century with their technology. There’s no way to know when your order will arrive or even if it went through.
My first experience was pick-up and went well. When trying to place an online order I found that coupons won’t apply to orders, no matter how much you have in your cart. There’s a coupon for free breadsticks with an order of $25 or more. I added $50 worth of food to my cart and it still continued to tell me I hadn’t met the minimum subtotal. I’ll try calling the location and will let everyone know how that went.

Went in today for my typical pizza hoagie and got to meet the regional manager, Andrew. Super fast, personable, and fun to chat with. Snappy definitely has quality management and leadership. Also, the food is always incredible.

They dont deliver more than 10 minutes away from their store so if you dont live right off their main road you will have to go somewhere else. Unfortunately the only decent snappys in the area is temporary closed

The food was good. It’s kind of high in price, but what isn’t anymore. We got 2 Beasts Pizzas. The only issue I had is that they said it comes with 3 garlic sauce cups with each beast, and we only got 3 altogether when we should have gotten 6. Will keep getting the Beasts to feed the family of 8 on pizza night!

I am a regular customer here. Their drivers check the orders and ensure they are right before they leave the restaurant. I get my pizza well done, and they have not missed that yet. Great sauce. The beast pizza was loved by the movers I hired when I gave it to them as a thank you.
