We decided to try lunch and the food was awesome. Don’t let this restaurant fool you by being in a strip mall. The “Great box” lunch options had many options on the menu and they were even flexible with some modifications on thos. Their sushi rolls were delicious and were big in size as well. This would be a great place for a tourist lunch/diner or even better for a business luncheon. We will definitely be back.

Great little hibachi restaurant in Gulf Breeze. The chef was fun. We had a last minute reservation for 10. So glad they got us in. I liked the restaurant staff. They seem upbeat and happy. Birthdays are a big celebration there and they have little Polaroids on the wall. Good food. Good value. Great location. 5 stars.

Let me start by saying that I come here A LOT. Usually we have great service and a fun time with the hibachi chef. Not today, the server NEVER smiled, looked annoyed every time we asked for something (which was twice) and would snatch dishes from us with a huff. The hibachi chef didn’t interact at all and was extremely messy. The food was drenched with sauce (not in a good way) the chicken was bouncy and the veggies were under cooked. They must have not cared too much cause they put a gratuity on the bill, which is fine but they knew they were getting their money. So I guess they didn’t see the point in making sure the dining experience was fun.

This was a fun experience! Our visit here was our first, as we’re new to the area. Our chef was fabulous! Food was very tasty!! The people who shared our table were friendly locals who shared knowledge of the area with us. We’re already making plans to return for dinner. A definite must.

Hibachi Dinner was great. Cook and restaurant staff were friendly and were very happy for us to be there. We felt like family and the server made sure we were 100% happy. Our Hibachi cook took his time and was interactive with my wife and I and with the large family with kids sitting next to us. Only negative I can give was that the ventilation/AC was lacking and it was uncomfortably warm most of the dinner to where it became a mental distraction while eating. The waiter had the fan blown towards our table which helped some but we were all still clammy towards the end. Once fixed, this could easily be a 5-star establishment.

The food was great but the service was severely lacking. Immediately after we were sat at the hibachi table, the waitress demanded she take our “now, now, now” and that it would be 1+ hour if we didn’t order right then and there. So we ordered. The hibachi chef did not interact with the table and seemed to be rushing through the motions. After paying the check, the waitress instructed us to leave and shooed us away from the table. This was a very disappointing expensive experience.
