I asked for a regular roast beef classic meal with liquid cheese because last time I ordered it with a cheddar they literally put a slice of cheddar on it. I also ordered curly fries and two cheddar cups. They forgot to once again, to put the liquid cheddar on my sandwich, and I’m including a picture of the cheddar cups they gave me which could not even possibly be one pump of cheese. I really like Arby’s but I’m becoming so disappointed. I work, not far from there. I don’t think I want to go there anymore. Their food is way too expensive to be missing items like this.

This has to be the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. It took half an hour to get our food which was 4 Buffalo Chicken Sliders, 2 Small Fries, and an Orange Swirl Milkshake, and a Blueberry Lemonade. There was no one in the dining room when we ordered, 1 car in the drive thru. One person ordered after me. She sat in the dining room waiting. She said it felt as if she was in the twilight zone,…. because you would think when they have 3 employees and a manager that was hiding in her office, the order would come out quickly, and correct….WRONG!!! A woman that ordered on the app had to come inside twice because her order was incorrect. After waiting a half hour…. I get my food, and it is plain chicken, not Buffalo chicken…. We still didn’t get our drinks…. I flag a guy down and he finally gets our drinks… the manager finally comes out of her office claiming the app order was incorrect that is why that ladies food was wrong….I ordered from the register, no excuse there. My order was ordered correct, it was made wrong. Now the lady behind me is annoyed cause she still didn’t get her order. 2 sets of people walked in, and heard what was happening about the half hour waits and incorrect food, and they left without ordering anything.

The lady who served us was very sweet but that doesn’t make up for how bad the food or atmosphere was. There was more dressing on the outside of my sandwich than in it. No air conditioning in the lobby or the whole building from what it looked like being the doors were wide open trying to cool the kitchen off.

First I did an online order, I got charged and even received an email confirming my order, this was also 45mins before the establishment was supposed to close, I went to the drive through and some guy told me that they were close because of insufficient staff, told me to make claim for get the money back, but I never got my money back.

Since when do you close an Arby’s, lobby AND drive through because you have too many orders to fill? We just drove 25 miles to get to this Arby’s to get lunch for the family, including a 3 you, just to be told they were closed because the orders they had were too much for them. This is beyond stupid. They actually closed because they didn’t want anymore customers. Maybe the next ad should read “Arby’s! We have no meats. Should have gone to the McDonald’s next door. They actually like customers to go there. Unbeleivable.

I don’t normally like Arby’s and there are things about this sandwich that I would do very differently, but the fact that they were willing to make it for me and that it wasn’t super expensive is worth 3 stars. I am talking about the meat mountain! I would warm up all the meats and melt the cheese. That would have made this a 4 star review. Half the meats were cold and the cheese was just tossed on there. Please change that!
