I normally wont leave a review of fastfood but Its Sunday October 19th…around lunch time i came into this location drive through…to order a half pound roast beef and to try the steak nuggets… ill get to the point the roast beef was the worst roast beef ive ever had. I dont frequent Arby’s that often anymore but this was terrible, the meat was old in the sandwich, There was a chunk of old meat on the side of the sandwich as well not in the sandwich, it was luke warm, and dried out…I mean it was yellow colored and tasted horrible. I had a bite before I looked at what I was actually eating. Honestly I dont know whats up with this location they must be in dire straights because the only terrible arbies meal I had before this was at this location as well. The previous time the meat was ice and I mean ice cold.. the guys at the counter said the guys on the previous shift forgot to turn the oven on…but its like the only thing separating your barehands is a thin plastic glove…there is no way the guy who made the sandwich didn’t feel how cold it was…the only redeeming thing is that the manager this time and last time offered a new sandwich no questions, asked. But thjs time i was 10miles down the highway before I started eating… other customers beware your really rolling the dice at this location. Im praying i don’t get sick.. the prices at fast food places are almost as high as sit down restaurants, so you cant get away with things like this anymore, and no one should cut restaurants a break

Consistently poor quality. Last time, I got a sandwich that tasted like food surface disinfectant. Don’t get me wrong – I’m glad it tasted like that instead of body fluids or something, but it still doesn’t belong in the customer’s food. For the one time in five or so you get something actually decent here, it’s not worth your money.

I always like Arby’s beef and cheddar burger. It tastes less oily but full of the satisfaction. This Arby’s location is just like most of the Arby’s restaurants – clean & neat! Staffs are friendly and the service is fast & nice. Oh, the curly fries is also a must mention for the Arby’s…

I asked for a regular roast beef classic meal with liquid cheese because last time I ordered it with a cheddar they literally put a slice of cheddar on it. I also ordered curly fries and two cheddar cups. They forgot to once again, to put the liquid cheddar on my sandwich, and I’m including a picture of the cheddar cups they gave me which could not even possibly be one pump of cheese. I really like Arby’s but I’m becoming so disappointed. I work, not far from there. I don’t think I want to go there anymore. Their food is way too expensive to be missing items like this.

Happy hour (2pm to 5pm) for $1 sliders. Great way to eat good food on a tight budget. Arby’s workers are friendly and helpful.

I don’t normally like Arby’s and there are things about this sandwich that I would do very differently, but the fact that they were willing to make it for me and that it wasn’t super expensive is worth 3 stars. I am talking about the meat mountain! I would warm up all the meats and melt the cheese. That would have made this a 4 star review. Half the meats were cold and the cheese was just tossed on there. Please change that!

Bad experience! Front staff and guy w/ the beard was cussing and just straight up ignoring us. Can’t even comment on the food because I couldn’t eat it! First time I’ve ever had to deal with this in a fast food restaurant, never going to this location again and recommend Arby’s management to look into the kind of folks they’re hiring to represent them!

Little slow but definitely been sleeping on this place. Chicken fingers on a good day are like old school fridays fingers and crinkle fries are decent. Good option when your tired of other fast food. Never had one of their sandwiches so cant speak to that.
