Got greeted when we walked in and ordered the Joe Carol burger, leather face burger, a gluten free ghost face pizza, side of fries and tater tots. Food came out pretty quick and was all good other than the pizza was a little bit over cooked but still tasted good. Good place to go but I’ve never seen this place busy any time I’ve been here so I just hope it sticks around.

Had a red dragon calzone and it was OK. 1st one came out overcooked/baked to almost being burnt and I sent it back to not be so done. Next one was better. Marinara sauce was without any seasoning and I prefer something a little zesty. Overall I would try something else next time. Employees were nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable place.

I’m a huge horror fan so I was ecstatic when I found this place. Wished the decor was a bit more dark and spooky though. Seemed only the menu items were named after serial killers but that’s cool. The food and service was really good.

Shockingly small sandwich. Fancy hotdog size bun for $10. Stood in line to get another overpriced beer and gave up after 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. PBR beer on the menu for $6.25 for 12oz….. your crazy. Will not be going back.

This is considered an “Express” location according to staff, so the menu is slightly smaller than the other locations but still has delicious offerings. The place is super clean and has plenty of safety measures in place and posted. The food was hot and prepared very quickly. The staff was helpful and attentive. The potato salad is awesome, it has bacon and chunks of cheese made with the red skin potatoes. They offer take out or dine in! A changing table is available in the men’s restroom large stall if you need it. Traffic can be a beast around here so prepare for that during peak times.

The fries are the best. They didn’t have any onion rings. It was only our 2nd time at a serial grillers, first time at this one. I like having the patio dining option. The guy at the register was very helpful and super nice. The girl that brought our food out was kind of rude. I guess she thought it was too much to ask for ketchup. Like everyone should already know we have to get it ourselves “OVER THERE!” The food was really good, the Vanilla Porter was super yummy. We will go back. I know where the ketchup is now.
