Great location, nice views. Food spiced well. Crawfish and shrimp were tasty. Cajun chicken Alfredo was very good! When the weather nicens up, it would be nice to open the rear doors.

Great food, great service. Semo Crawfish was recommended by someone at Broussard ‘s, our all-time favorite for Cajun cooking. They especially recommended the etouffee. I had the crawfish variety. Precious had the catfish. Both very good. We also had boudin and fried tails for appetizers, wanting to get the full experience. She closed out with key lime pie.

Fried and grilled shrimp perfect and abundant portions. Side salad very fresh with tasty crunchy croutons. Enjoyed their coffee as well.

Two stars for the great service. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. However, as a true fan of seafood boils I was highly unimpressed. The shrimp was over cooked, the crab legs weren’t very meaty, and it was overall unseasoned? I can’t explain it. I wanted to like it, but I definitely did not. Plus $9 for 4 fried green tomatoes is a little pricey, although those were the highlight of my meal.

Traveled 45 miles in the mood for crablegs. Overall the food was good and the atmosphere was nice. BUT we had the waitress from hell. Short, dumpy, brunette with a terrible personality. She didn’t want to wait on us, we had to ask for EVERYTHING, she didn’t return to the table to see if we wanted anything, we had to flag her or other waitresses down to get what we wanted. After we flagged her for the bill, it took 15 min for us to scrap all the change from our purses to pay the bill and not leave not ONE extra penny and she still hadn’t come to let us settle our debt.. She should be FIRED

Amazingly beautiful view of local landscapes from the lovely outdoor seating or inside seating. Selection of drinks from the bar or some of the best sweet tea I’ve ever had! Food is prepared fresh and the menu features a variety of tastes. Of the numerous times we have visited, the quality is always great, the service friendly and always timely. This location is newly constructed and pristine. Family friendly or perfect for a workgroup, special occasion or takeout. There are daily specials available. The featured processing room for locally harvested crawfish makes for an interesting experience for visitors of all ages. Locally owned and operated. We had unfortunately not made it in until months after it opened and we were so sorry to have let those opportunities pass us by! This is one of our top favorite places and certainly the best choice for entertaining out of town guests. This location is service animal awesome and I have it on good authority that they love military!

I really want to love this place, but 2 strikes and it’s out. We visited Semo Crawfish last summer for our anniversary. Spent over $100 for the two of us and encountered numerous problems. Waited half an hour for rice for the etouffee, which was $20 a bowl and not all that great. My husband ordered one of their buckets, at $35, and didn’t get the veggies that were supposed to come with it. We thought ‘it’s new, and they’ll get the kinks worked out’.

My son and I visited your restaurant Friday evening. We did not have reservations but was not turned away and accepted a seat in the outdoor patio. the sun had just set and our host offer to light the propane heater for us. just about the time it got going well it ran out of propane. it took almost 15 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order and we decided to go ahead and order our food. They were out of what we both wanted which was the etouffee, so we sent the waiter off so we could decide on a backup plan which ended up being the catfish po boy. the waiter apologized profusely and said that he would see if he could find someone to refill the heater and left. the food arrived hot after about 13 more minutes and shortly after since there was still no heat we moved to another table that a couple had vacated that still had a working propane heater. don’t get me wrong. The food here is fabulous, what we have had so far anyhow. the manager on duty checked with us to see how things were and we told him the above. when the check arrived, it was for the full price of the meal. I made a comment about that versus the service and the accommodations above to our waiter and he volunteered to find someone to “make things right”. I declined and said, “the manager was just here and we told him all of this and if he were going to make reparations he would have already done it.” I paid the $25.98 bill in cash and gave the waiter the two cents that was left over, not because of all of this but simply because I don’t like carrying coins in my pocket anymore. having said all of this, the food that we had was very good, the place is very nice and it looked like most of the rest of the patrons were having and enjoyable time. I think it would be wise to make reservations if you plan on visiting. It might go a long way towards avoiding the situation we experienced on our first, and quite likely possibly our last visit.

Where do I begin? Well, we came in and got seated about 10 minutes later. We ordered drinks and I ordered crawfish. They told me they were out of crawfish. Now, if the menu had other reasonably priced items I would have just ordered something else. But since this was going to be a $60 lunch I opted out. My girlfriend ordered anyway. After about an hour of no food and no refills on our drinks we got ticked off and left. I highly doubt I’ll ever go back. It feels like a tourist trap because how can a business afford a Billboard on the interstate, be out of the thing they advertise, but still have everything else at an average of $30 a plate? That sounds sketchy to me. So yeah if I could give it less than 1 star I would. When you’re driving on the interstate take my advice and just don’t bother.
