Definitely a divine way to dine if your health is wealth! Very clean and n I m processed place to create a plate! We actually split a salad bowl quinoa bowl between each other amd it was like recharging our bodies! We will definitely be making a regular routine to this spot this summer!!

This place is beyond incredible. Five stars isn’t enough for the amazing flavor and nutrition packed into every meal they offer. If you aren’t eating here regularly, you’re missing out. Think about it… if you want your body to run like a Ferrari, then you need to be putting in premium fuel. This restaurant is unquestionably the place to go.

Surprised by how great this place was! Wanted a healthy option after all the fried beach food and each of the proteins and veggies themselves had a savory marinade or rub that was very flavorful. Had the chicken, tofu, green beans, kale, cauliflower and broccoli. Didn’t even need the sauce. Was great to eat a lot of veggies without feeling like I was eating yet another salad. Also good option to pack for a picnic. Wish we had one of these back home!

Ten stars! Took a day trip to the beach and grabbed dinner here. Even though we arrived within an hour of them closing we were warmly greeted. I’m not sure if it was the owner who was working the line but he sure did take ownership of his role. He kindly explained options and patiently waited for me and my friend to make up our minds as we crafted our own bowls. I appreciated how he rather nonchalantly instructed another staff member to wait on sweeping the front of the house while we were there- excellent restaurant etiquette, something not normally seen in quick service settings. The food was excellent and ingredients have been carefully selected. I have loads of food intolerances but was put at ease dining at SEED. I also loved the ambiance/decor/vibe of the place. Clean and easy on the eyes. Excellent dining experience, I do look forward to being in the area again so I can try another bowl!

Great spot! Tons of choices for build your own bowl. Any Vegan and Gluten-free ingredients are labeled. The veggies and rice were all nice and tender. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were super clean! I’ll definitely be going back.
