The server did not greet us or ask what we would like. Me and my wife let the server know that we wanted a large plate and a regular plate. The server who started making the plates was confused on what we ordered so we told him again.
He began making the plates but did not add the right amount of chicken for the large plate. It looked more like a regular plate so I asked was that the regular plate he said no this is the large plate.
He began making the second plate and added plenty of chicken on the plate. He second guessed himself and started taking food off the plate. The plate looked like a kids plate. I questioned him on it but he advised these are the portions.
I have been in the restaurant before and saw many of plates that have had bigger portions.
The Server was rude and condescending. When I asked for the manager he stated the Manager was not in the store.
I will not patronize this restaurant again. I will also pass the word to friends and family of the terrible service.
This is the first time I had the Panda Express 2 entree plate and didn’t have leftovers. That was not because the food was too delicious to resist but because these were the SKIMPIEST portions I’ve ever received at a Panda Express!
In addition to sub-standard portion sizes, the Super Greens side dish was almost all thick outer cabbage leaves AND a sizable inedible cross-section of the stem/core.
I ordered and picked up using the drive thru Doran impromptu dinner at a friends. Maybe the employees think it’s okay to provide sub-standard food to drive thru patrons since they won’t notice they were cheated until they’re miles away?
I do know I will be very unlikely to return to this location, or if I do, will order inside and observe my food getting put together. Then I won’t need to pay for sub-standard quality or portions.
When I was finally able to enter, the food wasn’t hot, and after waiting so long without breakfast, I actually felt faint from low blood sugar.
This was really concerning and not what I expected. I hope the management reviews this issue and ensures better service and communication in the future.
Not sure what Panda Express locations these kids are eating at where they bomb this one to 1-star oblivion, but the Karen’s are out in droves! It’s a fresh location, I’m sure there have been hiccups, but overall has seemed nothing but a great new spot in an already great foodie town.
I will add, Andrew Wiltse sent me — Praise Be, the First Athlete sponsored by a fast-food chain. Great post-workout and post-roll proteins
Today was just one of those days. I went in and we picked up our food (we had put in a mobile order) and when I went to sit down and eat, I opened my box to honey sesame chicken; which I do love but with being gestational diabetic, I can’t have it right now and had chosen something else.
I went up to the counter and asked about getting my proper order and the manager said he’ll get me a side of the string bean chicken which is what I ordered. I stared at him for a minute and he said he’ll “let me know when it’s ready” so I walked away and sat down to eat my food.
I ate most of my food, and while staring at everyone waiting for someone to call me back up because they were doing a bunch of mobile orders and drive thru orders; no one was getting this small side. We had waited about 20 minutes for it, and when we were about to leave I finally went up to ask about it
The same guy looked at me and smiled and said “oh I forgot to give you it!”
I understand forgetting, but there was no apology, there was no nothing. Usually when you mess an order up, the order should be getting fixed immediately rather than being told to wait till you’re finished with your rush.
I had originally thought they were making a new batch of it, but nope. I got what was sitting in the pan, as if that couldn’t have been done 20 minutes prior when I had first asked.
