1st time.. Absolutely delicious. Whoever’s in that kitchen knows what they’re doing. Attentive service too. Highly recommend.

I ate here in a Wednesday. The baked clams were just ok. The seafood came out cold. The pesto toast was rigid, which means it sat for a while, and someone couldn’t be bothered to bring it out ( I was sitting at the bar). The tacos were also tasteless.

We sat at a table because there was no seating at the bar, our hostess was napping on her podium the whole time behind us, it took over 20 minutes for someone to even come over and take our drink order which the waitress Melissa said was because they were understaffed. We ordered two Stella’s on tap and they tasted like old flat Coors Light. My baked clams were over powered by huge chunks of onions and tasted like a veggie burger. My boyfriend ordered traditional Buffalo wings and received super spicy, soggy inedible ones. It’s a shame because I was there a year ago and service, food, drinks and staff were 100%.

Nice restaurant in Brightwaters village. Seafood, steaks, burgers, cocktails. Good wait staff, efficient and friendly. Probably best to make a reservation.

Great food nice place. The owner and chef Monty can really cook good. We enjoyed all that was served at our work Christmas party for Islamd Yacht management and Sales. Thank you Sea Levels. I’ll be back for sure.

My husband and I love to eat. Tonight we branched out and tried Sea Levels. We are now loyal customers. We cannot wait to come back. Starting with the bread basket, every bite of food was stunning. The duck cakes were unforgettable— we seriously considered ordering them again for dessert. The seafood was so fresh, it still tasted effortlessly of the sea, while wallowing in sauces and gravy unlike any others. The desserts (my husband got the flourless cake, I got the apple crumble with Coyle’s Mississippi Mud Pie ice cream) were delicious. The service was excellent, our server Jackie was knowledgeable and friendly. What a gem, what a meal, we are so grateful. If you’ve never been, do yourself a favor and try it out.

We decided on trying a change of scenery this evening, and so we drove from Patchogue it Brightwaters to give recommended Sea Levels a try. Was soo worth the drive. With a ton of options in Patchogue Village, Sea Levels was up against some competition in our eyes. Their lovely hostess Natalia graciously arranged a reserved table for us, and both she and our waitress Jackie were very attentive and welcoming. We couldn’t have been happier with our Saturday evening choice – their warm goat cheese salad was top notch, their cocktail ‘Tides Rising’ was sensational, the burger was the best I’ve had in a long time, and the warm apple crisp was delicious! We will definitely return!

I think it is important to support local restaurants during such challenging times, but I made a mistake by supporting this one. This review will address (in order) the bad, the good, and the ugly.
