This is your run of the mill chain coffee shop experience. Comparable to other large coffee chains. I do appreciate that they have a rewards app so that you can get some discounts, including $2 off immediately after downloading the app. I waited about 5 minutes hovering at the counter before someone took my order. The coffee I received tasted okay but the employees definitely didn’t shake up the almond milk so that just demonstrates a lack of care on their part. The location was not busy when I went so it was definitely a lack of care and not a lack of time that led to this very average experience.

chad was super helpful! my boyfriend came and picked up some drinks and a sandwich and the sandwich was missed. i called and he got me a refund for the sandwich. even though it was a little frustrating part of our order was missed, chads customer service was great and was quick to find a solution!

Employees are very friendly, but my bacon ciabatta had no Gouda and only one tiny piece of bacon. I’m normally not a complainer, but that kind of defeated the purpose of the sandwich for me. Also the cake pops had no sticks, which is a terrible idea for the kids who want them. My kids have sensory issues and don’t want to hold a cake bite to eat it.

Drinks were made wrong, we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Why did we receive not 1 not 2 but 3 frozen sandwiches. All we got was a rude apology and another breakfast sandwich. That was warm no actual customer service or refund for wasting my time.
