This has been my go-to location for 18 months. Today was the last straw for me though! I order the same drink, every time, at every single location, and *at best* it’s a 50/50 if it’s made right. This store had the best track record of any, but I don’t know if management changed or what. So disappointing. To make matters worse, I am ALLERGIC to whatever syrup/flavoring they use when they make it wrong, so after 1 sip I end up with an itchy tongue and lips, and a $7+ drink I can’t drink. I’ve given Scooter’s so many chances! I hate to give my money to the Starbucks a block away, but that’s where I’m doing business from now on.

I recently visited friends in Omaha and had the pleasure of going to this location. The iced mocha was a thing of beauty until I dropped it and it spilled all over my car. The manager very kindly made me a new one for free despite the store being super busy. There are some truly wonderful people in this world!

Katie is doing an AWESOME JOB training an employee here this afternoon. It’s been quiet here the past few hours, and I can hear bits and pieces of her conversation– gently and patiently teaching the other employee how to do her job well! …I know that experiencing an efficient and accurate fulfillment of your order at Scooters can really make or break the reputation of that location. This Scooter’s location is run well. I always get the best Toffee Nut latte, just the right temperature and flavor. The baristas are bubbly, the place is clean, and the experience is great (I asked for the music to be lowered, and they did)!
