Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. I’m not one to cause a fuss. But at this point I don’t know what to do.
My credit card was triple charged after a visit there. I can NOT reach anyone in costumer service to get the problem resolved. I have never experienced a company that does not allow its costumers to contact them & respond.

Update on November 16th
Money still hasn’t been put back on my girlfriends scooter app after being told thats what they were going to do
Moved the review from 2 stars to 1 star.

Ordered a medium iced SF Turtle for veterans day (supposed to be free)
The lady at the window took 15 seconds to turn around to acknowledge us (she was talking to her co-worker) told her Im a veteran and showed her my ID. She said okay. Went back to talking to her co-worker 30 seconds later. She said, okay thats 5.55 and turns back around and talks some more
My wife told me to just pay, so I put her phone out (with the app) for the blonde lady to scan it. Took her 25 seconds to turn around.

I called when we left and explained to the lady that picked up the phone. She apologized and said shed reverse it back to the app.

But, that doesnt excuse how the lady at the window acted.

I’ve always loved this scooters. They get my order right more often than not. Sadly this time it was bad enough for me to write a review. I was the only person there when I pulled up there was no one else in the drive-through and it still took them five minutes to make my medium peanut butter power. And they missed the espresso. Not only that but it wasn’t even filled all the way and it’s basically white (no pb flavor at all)…it tastes weird…

Can’t rate their food as I never received it. After waiting 11 minutes in the lobby i asked again about my mobile order. Was told it was handed out through the drive through. They offered to remake it a third time but I was already late. Never been offered worse solutions than here. I had to tell her she needed to cancel my order as I wasn’t receiving my coffee. Run by untrained teenagers with no customer service skills. Unfortunate as I’ve had many good encounters at the scooters on 180th.

These ladies here were really really nice. Especially since I did not order at the intercom place half asleep :/ but I quickly ordered online and they definitely did not seem bothered or give off any irritation when I told them so they quickly got my order ready. They were also doing what it seemed like a company order that had well over 20 coffee orders at the same time. So thank you for your patience and smiles !

My experiences here with coffee quality are hit or miss. For example, my last coffee I purchased was a pumpkin spice cold brew with cream. This first drink they gave me was very watered down looking and tasting. I had them remake it… night and day difference! Overall, pretty decent and quick service.

Service at this location is terrible. I waited inside to place my order while the teenagers in back were shooting the breeze with their friends. The customer behind me in line ended up leaving. When the staff finally noticed me, their friends came out of the back room and left. Management needs to teach the staff what it means to work. Social hour can wait until you finish your shift! Sadly, this seems to be a common occurrence at this location.
