I walked in to get a slice of pepperoni pizza as I’ve done several times before. This time, the young male behind the counter was leaning against something reading his phone and oblivious to everything. The store clerk noticed I had been standing there for a while and called out the clerk’s name to tell him he had a customer. Instead of acknowledging that he should have been paying attention he scolded me by saying that I had to say something to get his attention. I didn’t appreciate the tone of his voice and wanted to return the favor and tell him he shouldn’t be on his phone when he’s supposed to be working. I got my slice of pizza but I should have just left without it. Wow, truly terrible customer service. They can keep their pizza. Too many other pizza places in Texarkana.

Went to sbarros, just to watch one of the EZMart cashiers run around trying to find the sbarros employees, to attend to the line of customers that had been waiting a while. The sbarros employees were sitting in their cars, completely unprofessional and unlike this EZmart completely.

Ordered pizza online, showed up at location at the time it said to pickup. I was informed then that my pizza would not be ready for another 20 minutes because it wasn’t on display. A bit confused but ok I waited for 20 minutes and came back to the location. Upon walking to the counter I was told that it isn’t ready yet and it would be a while. I said how long. The woman then proceeded to tell me the same thing that it wasnt on display that they had to make it in a very demeaning tone. I told her that I understood all that as I was told before but I’ve already waited 20 extra minutes from the time I was told to arrive. After getting an attitude about it She finally said that it was in the oven. I said ok and waited there for it to be ready. She then told me that the other pizza that I had wanted would be another 20 minutes. I did not have time to wait a full hour and 15 minutes for the pizza so I opted to get a different that wasn’t what we had ordered. Overall Ive had good experiences at other locations and been able to get my pizza in a prompt time without any issue but today was a very bad experience with this location. On top of all this when I got home I went to eat my pizza they had just made and it didn’t have any sauce on it..
