Many years ago, the food at this restaurant was really good. Now, not so much. The quality of the food is not good; in my opinion. In my opinion, the owner is trying to stretch the ingredients because the dough on the crust is much thinner, the amount of cheese is a lot less, the Zita that was once great seems to lack a lot of the best ingredients that made it great in the past, and only one or two of the employees offer good customer service. If I could give less than one star, I would…..All in my opinion of course.

You can almost never go wrong with this place! The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff can be a hit or miss these days but most of them are friendly. All in all it’s one of my favorite pizza go to spots.

The customer service skills of the young kids that work there is ridiculous! There’s no greet, no manners, no eye contact, nothing. It’s a shame to see the worthless work ethic from the younger age group.

Their pizza is good so we let the kids eat there just about every week. They’ve been slacking though so we may have to reconsider. When we went today, they didn’t have sausage and it’s not like they were about to close. Last week it was a 25 minute wait for two 1 topping pies. The week before they didn’t have any large boxes. Like I said, the food is good but it seems like it’s always something not quite right.

I was there yesterday ate a pepperoni pizza and spaghetti with 1 meatball And instantly got “food poisoning” when I got home couldn’t eat anything else! Woke up Sunday morning tossing and turning back&forth to the bathroom and vomiting! All I remember seeing was the guy making the pizza wearing NO gloves I thought was absolutely nasty! And no excuse why you aren’t wearing them. I called the store Sunday afternoon to explain to the Manager and he didn’t seem to have a care in the World comparing Me to other people! I’m not Not other people! My body is different I’m a healthy young Woman and barely come to Northwoods mall! I did not eat anything else on Yesterday because I was feeling bad!!! I am still going to the restroom the Manager was raising his voice on the phone and being smart about the situation and I do not appreciate it at all!!!!!!

We went in for lunch and it was crazy. I felt bad for the gentleman behind the counter, I didn’t catch his name. He was trying to make things right and pretty much running the front on his own. I would give him 5 stars. His co-worker though, I have no idea if she was new or high as a kite. He ended up taking over her job and doing his! I hope that lady finds the help she needs, it really looked like drugs to me.

7-13-2016 my caregiver and I ate.here today. My pizza was ok. The service was ok…..My caregiver had the. Spaghetti.and meatballs..the sauce was water it didn’t even look or taste like tomatoes. The meatballs were gray and had no flavor…and the breadsticks were not cooked all the way and didn’t have any garlic. If you like cardboard fine but if you want Italian flavor go someplace else.

Very friendly staff! It was the best part about my trip. The food was a bit overpriced, but the strombolis were my favorite. I really enjoyed the customer service, they were really kind in helping me choose my meal.
