This pizza place is low key chill and provides a variety of pies from what we like in the states and the types of pizzas u would typically eat in moles, Italy. The customer service is exceptional. Our waiter came at the perfect time everytime, had my water refilled before I had to ask, the check at the table before I had to ask which tells me he respects my time. #tryit

Went here on a recommendation, and was extremely satisfied with service and food. Waiter stopped by every few minutes, provided recommendations when asked, food and drinks came in a timely manner. Had the pepperoni rolls as the appetizer which went well with or without marinara sauce. Split the pizza between the BBQ chicken and pepperoni napoli. Piping hot, thin crust and delicious. Went with the medium as it provided 8 slices, would highly recommend the combination. Also will be coming back for more!

There was a gold earring in our pizza that we ordered. I called and told the manager and he said he cooked it himself. I asked if he’s wearing gold earrings he said no so I asked if he put it in there on purpose and he said actually a different cook made that she was wearing gold earrings I said, why are they wearing jewelry? He said we allow Jewlery and I said maybe they shouldn’t because that’s not sanitary my baby could’ve choked. Flippers pizzeria is my favorite pizza place in all of Orlando. The service is absolutely excellent and it is always the most fresh and authentic pizza. Lexi and Veronica are extremely attentive servers. They never fail to have a smile on their face and serve you with pleasure! I refuse to eat pizza if it’s not from this location of Flippers! I ordered the Pig & Pesto and it was a huge portion for less than $13. I plan on coming here for many years to come!

We went today for a visit, Tuesday June 29th at about 7 pm, Veronica (the general manager) was our waitress and everyone else’s! And she was amazing! Super nice, gave us 3 cookies cuz we didn’t know how things worked lol , and was just very attentive, sweet, welcoming, everything good! ❤ Definitely would recommend this place, yummy breadsticks as u see and pizza! Monday and Tuesday has a free my pie for kids with purchase of an entrée !

Ive ordered from here about 5 times now. Never with consistant results. The first order was a calzone that was perfect. The second a calzone that was a bit undercooked. The third a slightly burnt calone. The fourth a perfect pizza. And this fifth time was just extremely burnt. I will not be ordering from here anymore. The girl there offered to make me a new one. 1 i dont have time to waste during my lunch time and 2 i dont understand how u thought it looked ok when u put the calzone into the box to give to a customer and 3 i dont want anything from you guys ever again.

Great pizza, best breadsticks and awesome customer service. Tonight I just ordered a take out pizza (my pie with the pepperoni under the cheese like they used to do) and they were running a little behind. The server explained this and was super friendly about it. Then Veronica(I believe she said she was the new General Manager) came out and explained to me it was in the oven and it would be right out and offered me a drink while I waited (the server offered as well). I waited just a few extra minutes but they were sincerely apologizing for that. I wish more places did this. I could tell they really care about customer service. I live in Waterford Lakes but I’ll be making the trip out here more often for service and food like this!! Didn’t get them tonight but they have the best breadsticks around. So delicious!!!

Excellent pizza and service. I ordered a margherita, the herbs were fresh, really good cheese, and crust cooked crispy even in the middle of the pizza. Arick the server was very polite and accomodating, really made me feel welcome. Good value for money.
