I would love to give this place a five star rating. It seems like whatever business occupies this location is doomed to fail. I truly want them to succeed. On my first visit there, I was very pleased with our meal and the service. Had I rated them then, I would have definitely given them five stars. But on my visit at 1140 on September 3, 2020, I was extremely disappointed. Their hours were posted and they were supposedly open. I waited for someone to help me…and waited, and waited. Someone in the back saw me but ignored me. Then she disappeared and did not return. How difficult would it have been to say, “I’ll be with you in a minute?” So after being ignored, I took my business to Rusiq, where Bonaparte Bread used to be. That day, Say Cheese Grill deserved one star but I’m averaging it out with my first visit and giving them three stars.

the ideas for the sandwiches are good flavor combinations, but I wasn’t terribly impressed with the flavors. my rueben tasted very good, but the meat didnt seem like corned beef. the regular grilled cheese is only American cheese if you like it that way. can’t wait to try the crab fries though!

They have many different kinds of things that you can put cheese on it’s really amazing and really fun I had a roast beef sandwich with cheese the bread was toasted it was awesome.

This restaurant is apparently closed, even though signs at Savage Mill still direct you to a now empty space. If it is ever reopened, and I get a chance to try it, I will update this review.

Nice quaint little place with a mean grilled cheese. I got the jalapeno grilled cheese which was nice and spicy.
