The BEST gluten free bakery I have been to. Everything tastes amazing! The Boston cream donut was perfect and the French baguette was so fluffy on the inside! And the bagels were even better than Modern bread and bagel. Definitely recommend 10/10

Hidden GEM. Out of the way, but worth the journey. Absolutely the best gluten free bakery I have had the privilege of going too. So much variety. Such a treat to walk into one establishment and be able to choose from such a large variety and pick anything available. There was also vegan choices. Very well stocked. Also protein based salads. A large menu. I bought a lot of variety to try and stock up and freeze. Special orders are possible. Had my first gluten free donut. Seems labor intensive, but it was legitimately delicious. Easy street parking, bathrooms, very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating.

I recently went to Mechanicville, NY to visit my Aunt and Uncle. My Aunt found this awesome gluten free bakery and sent me photos of ingredient lists for a few of their items. On top of gluten, I am also intolerant to corn. I recognized that this bakery does not use corn in their gluten free flour mix, so I emailed to ask for a menu. I received a large menu back–it was hard narrowing down what I wanted! I’m not used to having so many options! I sent my wishlist to my Aunt and she drove 20 miles from her home to Saratoga Gluten Free Goods to pick them up before my arrival. She mentioned my corn intolerance to the baker, who realized their confectioners sugar contained corn starch (most do), and several items I asked for were frosted. He offered to make all of the items special for me, using a different frosting sugar. My Aunt was thrilled with this service, but was concerned making the drive again. The baker then offered to personally drop them all off at her house!!! I was floored when she told me the extent that this bakery went to to accommodate my food intolerances and make her life easier. The baked goods themselves were all amazing! I’ve only found legit donuts (not baked) from one other baker, and they were much smaller than those offered by Saratoga Gluten Free Goods. My mom and my Aunt were both sooo impressed with the gluten free cinnamon rolls, they said they couldn’t tell the difference! She also picked up a layer cake and brought it to my cousins’ house. They all said they wouldn’t have known it was gluten free 🙂 We were all very happy with both the service and baked goods we received at Saratoga Gluten Free Goods. I will definitely get more items the next time I am in the Saratoga area!!

Stopped in Saratoga Gluten Free Goods with my daughter and grandson this morning and was surprised the by the choices of gluten free items that were available. We purchased a chocolate chip cookie for the little guy, two to-go macaroni and cheese containers, a few other items. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend Saratoga Gluten Free Goods. Even if you are not gluten free – you will truly enjoy their delicious creations. We are looking forward to stopping by again ourselves.

Firstly the food here? STUNNING. I have celiac and I’m lactose intolerant and theres always something for me to eat here. My gf and I are from Massachusetts and they don’t have places like this around. Second, Robert was an absolute gem to talk to! He explained to us everything that was dairy free and we chatted for a little bit and he’s literally do freaking funny. Sad we gotta go back home but trvust we will come visit again and come right back here, thanks for making us feel so welcome!!!

Honestly this place has blown all the other GF bakeries I’ve been to out of the water. The bread is fantastic, so are the pastries! If you get a chance to try it, I highly recommend!

I’ve tried all the breads and most of the treats here – always fantastic! I haven’t tried their lunch items yet, but I’m sure they’re fascistic. My husband is not strictly gluten free like I am, but even he gobbles up the goodies. Got the pumpkin chocolate chip whoopie pie yesterday, definitely recommend!

We went in a half hour before they closed and they still had a great selection. We just got some treats which were fabulous. But we’ll definitely have to stop by again at some point for some lunch and a loaf of bread. I didn’t have any questions but they were doing a great job answering questions for the person in front of me about soy allergies and thanksgiving preparations.
