What an amazing gluten free bakery. By far the best Gluten free bakery in upstate New York, kind and knowledgeable staff. Went for Donut Friday and what a great selection of some amazing Donuts. Got a cheesecake bar and a lemon bar both were amazing. Vegan options for my wife too. I can’t wait to go back.

I only have great things to say. I’ve been coming to this bakery since I moved to the area. I regularly purchase their bread, which is fantastic, and enjoy their assortment of baked goods such as donuts (incredible texture and flavor), and other treats. Everything I’ve ever had has been lovely and it is a joy to have such a variety of gluten free baked goods on offer.
Saratoga Gluten Free recently baked a wedding cake for myself and my partner. Robert and I communicated extensively over email, he patiently walked us through the process and decision making, the tasting, the design. My husband and I wanted a cake with some specific imagery from the Silmarillion and Robert was enthusiastic and he and his team made it happen! The cake was absolutely beautiful, we were so happy with how it turned out. It was also absolutely delicious, we loved the flavors, it came out somehow even better than we had imagined! It was also a super popular cake with our guests who went out of their way to compliment the taste.
In short – a fantastic bakery. From their in-the-case offerings to custom orders – there’s a lot of love and care in what they do. Thank you from a happy regular customer!

Definitely the best gluten free food in Upstate New York. We got the pumpkin Whoopie pie that was amazing! The Mac and cheese was soooooo good. The jalapeño cheddar bagels are beyond anything I’ve had since I moved upstate. I made toasted tomato sandwiches with the multigrain GF bread. Didn’t crumble and tasted so good!

Stopped in Saratoga Gluten Free Goods with my daughter and grandson this morning and was surprised the by the choices of gluten free items that were available. We purchased a chocolate chip cookie for the little guy, two to-go macaroni and cheese containers, a few other items. Everything was delicious and I highly recommend Saratoga Gluten Free Goods. Even if you are not gluten free – you will truly enjoy their delicious creations. We are looking forward to stopping by again ourselves.

I went gluten free in january and have all but given up bread because i just don’t like the texture of what’s available. i was in the area this weekend from schenectady and found this place via a google search and came to check out what i hoped would be a cool option for local bread, and i was blown away! the sweets were rich, and flavorful, fudgy but still light. and the baguette restored my faith that bread and i could have a love affair once more. i made the best sandwich i’ve had since making this dietary change(see photo), and i WILL be making the hour drive to get these delicious loaves again in the future. thank you saratoga gf bakery
