So it’s Friday. I’m enjoying my meal. End of my week. Dining in. Help is griping about their boss. Whatever! You know…. Young Kids. Apparently they think I’m a Security Risk. I paid. I did a 20 per cent tip. What the heck? Well … Never again…. At least Strasbourg. Not even sure a full refund would fix the embarrassment I felt. Thanks but no thanks. Dissatisfied in Beach City!

We stopped in for a quick bite before heading to I-77. We were met with a friendly “Hello” welcome by Ariana. We ordered a Titan Turkey and The Boss. Ariana and Emily prepared them with care. All the fixings were fresh and well stocked. What I was impressed was the service I received. Ariana made sauces recommendations for my Titan Turkey. She was spot on. My sandwich was tasty with the right spicy level. Thank you to Ariana and Emily for the best experience I ever had at a Subway.

Didn’t look very clean on the windows where the foods at.
Plus I saw a big hair on the outside of the glass. Service was great and staff friendly. My bread seemed hard . It was heated pizza sub 12″ wheat. Just was hard to bite into and chew. I get this sometimes or most times . But I love subway and get it anyways . But I’m concerned about the cleanliness .

Strasburg subway seemed dirty, the vegetables looked like they’d been sitting out for a week and my husband said his sandwich tasted funny. We will definitely not return .

UPDATE -THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY IT AGAIN. TONIGHT WE ONLY GOT MEAT, NO TOPPINGS AT ALL. NO SAUCE. NO VEGGIES. JUST BREAD AND MEAT. AND APPARENTLY THE OWNER DOESN’T CARE SINCE I’VE CONTACTED THEM FOR WEEKS ONLY TO BE IGNORED.
I am new to town, I am a subway addict, but this store is changing my mind. We have gotten a dozen subs since we moved here two weeks ago. Only 2 of them have been made correctly. Today I got a pizza sub that had NO PIZZA SAUCE. And it had the wrong cheese on it and I paid for extra so I got extra wrong cheese. But because of no sauce it was dried out and hard. I feel like no one cares about unhappy customers or making bad products in this place.

Best subway around hands down !!! Service is excellent! Food is actually fresh!!! You won’t get dry bread or shriveled up vegetables! I recommend this specific location for everyone !! I havr 3 local subway and I still drive 2 towns over to go to this one!

The food is the best with fresh vegetables! The girls and guys who work there are very polite and efficient. Kim the manager runs a clean store and Mandy her helper is one of the friendliest people in the store.
