Apart from the brief moment of waiting to be taken care of, I was greeted with great care, The food was very satisfactory, they understood everything I expected to have in my sandwich and it came out great! This Subway, I only assume, recently underwent a change in management/ownership
I work down the road and used to frequent here; but one day I came in and suddenly none of the employees were the same.
The old employees were mostly local students who were very personable and friendly with great customer service.
The new staff has decent customer service but isn’t very personable or friendly and they are definitely SLOWER!
And I’m currently repeating myself because the guy is talking on an AirPod instead of to me.

Tonight’s sandwiches are the best I’ve had from subway in a while. My boyfriend loves the classic meatball with extra cheese, peppers and onions and this was the best meatball sub we’ve gotten from this subway since we moved here. The new owner’s are doing an amazing job.

I show up to pick up my online order and I notice they have one staff member in the store. The kid is understandably struggling to keep up with both in-store orders and online orders. I’ll hand it to him, he warned me it might be a while before my order was ready, but even still, he had it ready by the promised time. This is sadly an above average Subway experience. However, I made a grave mistake. I forgot my wife’s cookie… So naturally, I did what any loving partner would do and I went back to get her cookie a little later. I show up to the store 15 minutes before closing. I avoid showing up to restaurants right before closing, but I figured cookies are a harmless thing. The problem lies not with the cookies, but with the fact that the store was already closed!! Now my wife has no cookie and I have to live with the fact that I let her down without a solution tonight. I don’t blame the kid so much as I do the management who leaves him to run the store by himself. All I wanted was a cookie!

Two days in a row now I’ve tried to get a sub. First day they told me they weren’t ready and couldn’t serve me unless I had a call ahead order… okay… today they can’t cook bacon or toast a sub. The girl came out with a mouth full of food didn’t wash her hands and grabbed gloves so no the gloves are dirty… like come on. I left again with no food. Limited options in Winslow going to Rita’s.

Interior is modern and clean. Staff is really friendly. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Like other Subways in the area, frustratingly doesn’t accept the national Subway coupons.

I am really surprised that a foot long sandwiches and beverages are very good in any time of the day. Meat is cut fresh in this restaurant, planty of veggies and test very good. Love like this small local fest food restaurant. Recommended to the vegetarian and meatballs lovers. Thanks for grait customer service.
