Hands down, their blueberry pie is the best. So are there cookies. Great service, and we were there just for dessert, but it was very delicious. Thank you for an enjoyable meal.

Lobster roll was amazing! Green salad with raspberry vinaigrette was exceptionally tasty.

Some stuff is too expensive. I just paid 40 dollars for a lobster calzone! 39 for a lobster roll on gluten free bread and they upcharged for wanting just lobster (the way a lobster roll should be) instead of the lobster salad where they stretch the meat with celery and other ingredients.

The perfect cafe! Home made soups, breads, and desserts, served by a friendly staff, overlooking the Sheepscot River. Watch seagulls and boats as you enjoy your meal. Be sure to save room for dessert! The pies, cookies, cheesecakes, and cake are a must. Local painters and photographers are represented well, and their works are pleasant to look at as you move about the restaurant. There is also outside dining on the large deck. Worth a visit!

Disappointed, I figured a lobster roll near the coast would be fresh. Lobster meat in the lobster roll seemed over cooked or possibly reheated as it was really tough and rubbery, smelled strong and was yellow in color where it’s typically white. Should’ve just went with the pie, that was good.

The Cobb salad with a crab cake on top was great. The place was jumping and I was very impressed with the crew. There were two servers and they were wonderful. They moved fast, but took the time to be friendly and welcoming to everyone.

We had been by Sarah’s many times, but just not at a time the we normally have a meal. Today we managed to get there just in time for a lunch. It was some of the best seafood that we have had. The price was very reasonable and the portions were a good size we will stop in again for sure when in the area at the right time. The sandwich with out the fries is a Haddock Club, the other one is a Crab Burger with Swiss, the bun is a whole wheat.

Wonderful staff. Atmosphere was warm and casual. Food was very good. Had enough leftovers for another me. I am very sorry to see them go.

Our waitress was the sweetest, most personable waitress. She had red hair in braids. Good job Sarah’s cafe hiring her! Wish I could remember her name. Salads were delicious as always.

We had the #13 Jack Daniel’s Mustard Sirloin Burger special. The bun was delicious but the patty tasted like it was previously frozen. We ordered onion rings on the side and this was what we got. They were soggy and inedible. We love supporting local businesses and are certainly still willing to come back as long as improvements are made.
