The food was ok. Certainly not worth the $20 that I paid for some rice and veggies with an egg on top along with a couple pieces of bland dry chicken. Came with miso soup and didn’t even give me a spoon to eat it with, just 2 forks instead. The staff however was very nice.

Man, the owners really need to do something here. Severely understaffed, dirty dishes, unhappy servers, but the food is pretty good which is why it got 2 stars. Not astounding though… Took 30+ minutes at the bar to get a drink and we weren’t allowed to order food at the same time. Had to wait another 15 min or so. Not the staffs fault, but obviously from the previous reviews something has to be done.

Sushi was served after the entre. The beef bulgogi was over cooked and dry. They forgot my accompanying soup. I had asked for it. It came after I had finished my meal.

We starting dining at Sapporo during the pandemic. My friend and I wanted to try something new, as the monotonous stream of regular restaurants spots were dulling our tastebuds. When we found that we had a local Korean restaurant in our back yard we know we had to try it, and boy, it did not disappoint! Since, Sapporo has become our favorite local spot to discover new foods and enjoy well crafted cocktails. The food and drinks have been consistently delicious every single time we’ve gone and while they could charge much more for the quality they give; they are very reasonable with their prices! The staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. If I’ve never tried something on the menu I never feel embarrassed to ask about it because they are always so happy to share their knowledge of the cuisine. If you, are nervous about trying new foods this is a great place to start. There is something for everyone!

We went here Feb 26th 2022 with a family friend from Seattle. Food was subpar and overrated. Portion size for the bulgogi was really small. I am glad I ordered 3. Each portion had probably 2 relatively bigger meat size, rest were extremely small, shrunk and either fell in to the grill or just were so small they stuck to the grill. Staff while friendly was extremely understaffed. We had to wait multiple times to get the waiters attention. Our food was over $150. It was 3 adults, 2 teens and one 6 year old. When I asked for the bill there was a 20% gratuity already added to the bill. I was told for the weekend parties over 5 are charged gratuity. It was literally 5 of us with one 6 year old child! The wait staff was hard to waive down and unavailable. The gratuity was between $40-$50. We ordered deserts while I paid the bill. 2 tiramisu slices and 2 fried ice creams. The fried ice cream came with freezer burned corn flakes. Nothing fried about it. I don’t like to “negotiate” prices. I paid the bill along with $40-$50 mandated gratuity. I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. There was a staff member sitting across from us eating for about 30 minutes while her coworker scrambled around inevitably giving terrible service because she was the only one on the floor. The food all tasted like lighter fluid and the salmon was not edible. Nobody came to check and ask how the food was so after sitting for 15 minutes with her food in front of her my friend had to leave for an appointment so she just didn’t get to eat lunch. We asked to remove the salmon and after arguing with us about whether the salmon was bad or not she finally agreed to remove that entree. We trustingly have her our credit card and she proceeded to charge us for the full amount!!! Plus 20% automatic gratuity!!!!! Everything was just handled so unprofessionally and I have never been treated like that as a paying customer. If you value your sanity your sanity

If you’re planning to have colonoscopy the following day this restaurant is just the place for you. Visited this area with my child for rowing races & needed to grab something to eat. The restaurant is run down & food is awful. They’re cheats. Twice had to change the bill since they charged for something that wasn’t served. 20 percent tip is included for non existent service. I mean it. No waiting staff. Owners do the bar & waiting.

What a lovely night at Sapporo! It was our first time going here and it was truly the environment we needed for date night. The owner was so personable and truly cared to go out off his way to make it a joyful experience for everyone. It was a very interactive diner date we cooked our own meat, shrimp, veggies it was so much fun I recommend everyone to go check it out! PS they also have karaoke night / run don’t walk and go have an amazing time!
