The idea of this place is great, the reality is something totally different. We went in the middle of the week for a little nephew’s birthday after having been there before and was disappointed. Firstly just paying to enter is an ordeal as there are way too many confusing options trying to combine the price of the buffet and credits for the attractions and games. The food is not very tasty and seems like just mass produced filler. Also, it sits for long periods and looks dried out, no evidence of freshness at all. The play area looks really fun and inviting except that half of the “attractions” and games are out of order or are not open during the week – yet you are still charged full price. The overall cleanliness is adequate, and the staff are helpful and fairly friendly. If you are a kid, you will love this place. If you are the adult paying for the visit, not so much.

Lots of different food to choose from, not the best quality. Definitely a quantity over quality place. The food area is a little dated but very clean. The workers aren’t the happiest but they definitely are working and are attentive. They helped us whenever something went wrong and always gave us back whatever we lost in tickets or coins and even more. The game area is awesome.

We come here often but the last couple of visits have been lacking. We went a couple of night ago at 7p. They had paper plates and paper cups for serving which is fine but unusual. There were soooo many empty things on the buffet line. I asked and they said we close the buffet at 8 (the website says they closed at 9 but apparently that’s for the game room). Even if they did close at 8 they still had an hour to go and hardly any food. I am sorry but if with an hour to go if you are only going to have half the buffet you should only charge half price. I will make my way over to Mr. Gattis next time.

I’ve got to say I was impressed with our team outing. The food was not that bad for a buffet, the chicken taco meat was delicious and the mashed potatoes and rice were good in the buffet. Hot dogs and pizza tasted like any other buffet which is ok. They have a bunch of selections of soft drinks. They don’t have alcoholic drinks my office was bummed about that lol. The games were fun and reasonably priced a $35 dollar game card on a Saturday night lasted a good while till about closing time which is 10pm on a Saturday, thought it was a bit too early but it’s cool. The one ride that’ spins and throws you around is super fun and is quite quick. The go karts we’re a reasonable speed. They don’t look fast seeing them but being in the car it’s good enough. The laser tag is ok and the the prizes are reasonable to achieve and get cool ones. Overall not bad experience here, even though it’s quite far from Stone Oak, we didn’t mind having our team event here!

First time having a booked birthday party!!! Love the atmosphere of the place but with no ac working properly it made it very uncomfortable also for a party an hour and thirty min in my opinion isn’t enough time for a party. I feel as a host I rushed my guest to eat, have cake and rushing my kid to open gifts. For what we paid time should have been expanded just a little longer. But overall my kids and party guest did have a great time which is all that matters just shooting an idea on maybe something that really could be thought about! Time for parties should be a good 2 hours ☺️
