Amazing service!!! I would give them 10 ☆’s if i could. Habachi, Sushi and order out. It was a great value for your money. The NEW owners have owned this place for about 2 months. I have visited this place 5 times. The owners and workers always treat the customers like family and are so friendly. They put on a great show that is entertaining and funny. Perfect for family’s, couples and singles as well. You won’t be disappointed.

The customer service here is amazing! The employees are filled with jokes and are super friendly! I had their miso ramen and my mom had their dinner bento box. You get soooooo much food for the price! I enjoyed my noodles, broth, and egg (sooo flavorful!!) but the cut of meat was really thick and dry compared to what you would normally get at a ramen shop. Also, you get a complimentary salad. We got the ginger dressing and it was flavorful!

If it was possible to give this place less than one star, I would. The waitress/hostess legit left us hanging several times. It started when we walked in the door. We were a party of 8 (5 adults and 3 children). The hostess came up, asked how many were eating, and then told us she needed to set the table for us. About 5 minutes later, someone came to get us, but he seemed confused with our party. We were seated, and I had to ask for menus. After we were given menus, no one came to get our drink orders for at least 10 minutes. Finally, we get drinks ordered and get drinks. We then waited and waited to order food. About 30 minutes later, the waitress, who was also the hostess who left us before, came to take our order. She said that she helped several smaller groups because it took less time to help them than us. After she took our order, the only chef on duty didn’t come for another 30 minutes. We don’t blame him as he was there alone and did a good job. After the chef left the table, the waitress came over with boxes. We asked for checks fully intending on giving a lower tip as she never came to check on anything during the dinner. A 20% gratuity was already add on. The waitress wouldn’t direct us to a manager.

Massively understaffed, and those that were there seemed annoyed. Were not allowed to sit at the hibachi grill and had to get a normal table. Food was undercooked. “Fried rice” wasn’t even fried. I’ve had better sushi from Public. Had a pretty upset stomach when I got home. Very disappointing. Will not be going back.

We have dined at this restaurant many times and have always had a very good experience. However, tonight our waitress was one of the worst I’ve ever had. She was rude and seemed inconvenienced by us dining there. We ordered sushi and it came out when we were almost done with our hibachi and it was awful. It was soggy and had no flavor. We didn’t even end up eating it. When it came to getting our check, we were charged a 20% gratuity automatically added to our bill. When we questioned her, she went and got a menu which read that they charge an automatic 20% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. We had 4 adults who ordered 4 meals and a toddler who didn’t order. It’s a shame that her knowing that she’s going to add the gratuity allows for her to provide terrible service with no implications. We will never be returning.
